An APV is a device that uses electronics to allow for voltage and or wattage adjustment as well as some other safety and gadget features normally. A "mod" is a basic mechanical device that has no regulation to speak of. The vamo is an APV.

Does it only leak on one of the batts, or at least more so? If so, could the center pin on the batt device be putting more pressure on the bottom post of the coil head causeing a weak seal?

I looked up the evod2/kpt mini 3 heads, they don't look like the ones you have. Completely different from the kanger heads with the knerald post on top. Yes jeff, I know I spelled that wrong.... lol

Ok, let's reset.... These coil heads will gurgle a lil when the tank gets fairly low at times. Also, if condonsation build up in the center tube/drip tip area over the day/night. By flooding do you meen juice leaking all over the place, or just a slight gurgle when vapeing and maybe a lil bit on the 510 connection for your device? Not pooling in the connection, just damp?
