  1. I'm sure it could be any one of several things. But it would be wreckless of us to just throw solutions out only to find out later you got hurt if you don't have an overall understanding of how the advanced setups like these work. So again, please share your background and let us help you with this. We can't assume what you know, or don't. It could end badly....
  2. Please explain more about the battery you found laying around your home? This could be a safety issue! If you can post pics of both batteries, and the device you're putting them in that would help.
  3. Tony, I think this is a good time for you to explain your vapeing background. We would like to help you with any problems you're haveing, but I have to say, for now you need to put that mech mod and rda down and DON'T touch it till we can get a better idea of your knowledge in safety and skill set with these types of devices. It's not meant to be rude, just concern for your safety! Please take the time to let us know more. Thanks
  4. Could you please let us know your vapeing experience so far? That looks like a mech mod, and I not to be used unless you have a solid background in ohms law, battery knowledge and the proper equipment to go along with it. Don't meen to sound rude, we just promote safety here above all else. Please share anything you can. Thanks
  5. I found the site, but it doesn't let me past the 18 and over selection.... I wish... lol If anyone can post a direct link maybe that would work. Thanks
  6. I couldn't pull it up with that site. Can you post a link?
  7. Sounds like the yellow light is no good. It doesn't take long to go from yellow to red normaly. As far as chargeing it could go to green after only a short time, but won't be fully charged for a cpl hours at least. Get it swapped out, no reason to have to deal with it like that brand new.
  8. That explains our crappy weather up here..... nock it off! lol
  9. You will need the mini's if you want the same form as the batt. KPT2 Mini, or KPT3 mini, but the 3 uses dual coils. Not sure if it can be used with single's. I have the kpt2 mini and I like it. I think thats a good plan overall. Those 2 changes could make a huge difference for you.
  10. You can get more than the stinkies without spending a ton on a big mod/apv. How long of a pull do you do? It's different with vapeing than analogs. 4-6 seconds is about what I usually do with a similar setup as yours.
  11. The mvp has good reviews as you said, it just has to be your style of device. If you want an ego style batt, the regular vision spinners, or the new v2 spinner seems to be highly recomended! Both the mvp and spinners should fit the tank you have, as well as most others. Don't have any experience on the x style spinners.
  12. Jerry, Ego is a term used to describe the style of battery, not as much the brand. Vision, joytech, and evod are all quality brands in an ego style batt. The reason 100%vg isn't advised is because of the disign of std coil heads for the tanks mentioned. Better suited for advanced rebuildables. If you stay in a range of 60/40, 50/50 (pg/vg) you should have decent luck with wicking the juice. When you say you want bigger clouds of vapor, are you saying you want more than the smoke you had with anologs, or just similar?
  13. Yeah, I get mild ones if I don't drink enough water as well. Contrary to popular belief, bud light is NOT watered down! lol
  14. Just add juice and you're good to go. You will want to get extra coil heads for any of the tanks that you have though, they go bad and can be replaced easily.
  15. The key to this level of vapeing is understanding that it's a bit like a puzzle. I'f you have all the pieces, your in good shape. If you're missing one or more it can lead to poor performance or worse.... Knowing the type and ohm your coil is, wicking material, battery specs, air hole size and location on the rda.... are for the most part what goes into dripping on a mech mod. Bottom line, it takes some commitment to do it right and well. Never plug and play!
  16. I feel like I need to say this.... and keep in mind we want to hear any questions you have! If you can only refer to the equipment/batts you have as green... Sony or something, you need to slow down for a sec. It sounds like you are on a good path so far, but it only takes one wrong step in this path to lead to bad things. I only say this to make sure you will be safe!
  17. Welcome to VT! rbale, when most ppl use high power mech mod's and rebiuldable dripping attomizers they will normally use much lower nic levels in them. It's a whole different aspect to vapeing than any std tank and average batt system. Two sides of the same coin basicaly.
  18. Bottom line, can and should are relative..... Many do, and with plenty of experience and knowledge of what goes into it then do as you like. If you are just starting out with building coils, useing batts, mechs, drippers etc... Best advice is to keep it simple and let yourself gain knowledge. If it were me, and I had the least bit of concern about a batts capability, I'd get a better batt. No reason to push an envelope that doesn't need to be pushed my friend. Good luck.
  19. It's not unusual to need 24mg to start. Typically your body will tell you if you're getting more nic than it needs. Headache, nausia, etc... Remember to stay hydrated well with vapeing. Also, don't feal guilty for haveing a cig right now. It takes a lil fine tuneing to get vapeing right, but it's worth it! If you can get the liquid you like in 24mg and feel it's a bit too much for some reason you can mix it with the 18mg and split the difference so to speek. Welcome to VT, and feel free to ask questions! We've all been there...
