Yep, I started with that same setup. Still have and use both of them daily. Coils are reasonably priced as well.
-
Vamo is also considered good for the price, however it will require seperate batteries, charger etc... Still good, just different.

Checking in with you fabulous people!

Good to see you back and doing well! -
Good to hear! The auto fire/touch sensor thing is not good.... I only wanted to make sure you guys were aware of his experience with it considering the potential.
-
You both should check out Pbusardos youtube vid on it. Not sure if they all have the issues, but some of them are concerning. Not trying to put it down, just a safety thing. Please watch it.

Newer to the vape scene, would like some advice
fishguy1123 replied to saxile's topic in New Vapers Forum
I'm in the 1.5 catagory. I vape to stay off analogs. I'm budget minded, and started useing an itaste vv v3 and std evod tanks. I bought a knock off evod starter kit as a back up for cheap, and then a vision spinner 2 batt. Most recently I bought an ehpro kayfun lite+ and some wire. I've found that I can blend both vapeing to stay off analogs with saveing money and expand my experience without going into high end mods/devices. -
I was wondering the same thing. The instructions recomend charging it when it gets to orange on the indicator for optimal life span.

Bump when you get something in vape mail.

Bump Everytime You Buy Something New

Ehpro Kayfun lite+ V1, 32 and 28 gauge kanthal and some juice. -
My advice, slow down..... Start with your choice (typicaly 28ga kanthal) and what ever you choose to wick it with. Get used to building/wicking it, then try something different if you feel the need. JMO

For the most part yes, but some small details between them. Both are known as great devises.
-
What do you think is the "best" for your needs?
-
The only thing the instructions say about what type of charger to use is a std 420mah usb ego style. It does state not to use rapid chargers like the iphone ones. Just a thought.
-
You might want to try and plug in the wattage and intended ohm of the coil to see how close to the max output you're getting on the v3. What do you use to check the ohms of your builds? The v3 might be close, but probly best to use a dedicated ohm reader.
-
Nice spoon! lol
-
In my experience with the vv v3 1.8 and above is best. I noticed that with a 1.5 atomizer it would get warm even at 3.5 volts. Do you have an ohms law calc?
-
Have you searched for youtube vids?
-
That may be a defect issue. How long have you had it?
-
You have the Itaste vv v3, the MVP is a box style device. I have a vv v3 as well but not sure how low it's supposed to fire. If I use a 1.5 ohm coil it makes for a short battery life. Are you useing VV or VW settings?

Check out the thread vision spinner 2 question. They seem to get stuck going from orange to blue etc... If unplugged and plugged back in they will usually finish chargeing.
-
So, after 25 hrs over 2 days worth of vape time I plugged mine in last night. Light was still blue. Woke up this morning to a full charge with a generic charger. Only time it's hung up on me was the day it arrived and I used it until it went to orange. It hung up at blue. It does in fact turn itself on when I remove it from the charger.
-
Does anyones turn itself on after chargeing? When mine finishes it blinks a few times, I unplug, then unscrew it from the charger. Sure enough it's on and ready to go.
-
Bebop, I've been keeping an eye on that thread... lol I picked up a black one.
-
Mods, can we move this to the DIY juice section?
-
Well said TX! No shame involved when trying to quit analogs. All of us here have our own method to get to where we are. We as a group can help the OP find something that fits the needs and budget no dought. Your on the right track!
