  1. I'll give those ideas a try too... Down in Houston right now, will give them a try when I get back home. I am hoping I like one of the Halo juices, I do like their packaging. The samples I got came in a really nice tin with a foam insert that has round cut-outs where the samples fit in, protank fits perfectly in the cut-outs. Of course, not sure I'm going to run out and get 6-protanks to fill all the cutouts, but I'll figure something out... Note, I do like menthols, so hopefully I can test out the sub-zero soon, that is what I was trying to vape after the java-mocha, should of did the sub-zero first.
  2. Think you have the answer, just need to run down to the B&M tomorrow and get 3 or 4 atomizers. Thanks for the tip!!
  3. Got my Halo samples. Dug up an old 510 atomizer and started try them out dripping. Problem is the first kind I tried was a Java-Mocha which tasted very close to the real thing, couple more days fermenting and it should be a semi-decent vape, don't think it is an all-dayer tho. Problem is, I contaminated my atomizer, can't get the taste out to have a clean go at anything else. Any pointers on trying out different flavors at home???
  4. Thanks for all the Welcoming's!!
  5. Same problem here, I'm terrible at finding good juice. Few hits, I say "this isn't bad", buy a 30ml bottle, take it home, after a hour or so I'm asking did I really just buy this stuff. Once I find my all-day-vape, I'm totally paranoid about trying any new juice. Doing a cinnamon leaning vape now which is good, but getting old, just order 6 sample bottles from Halo... We will see
  6. Not sure how much you smoked, but I smoked 1++ packs a day. Now, I usually vape 18mg nicotine juice, but keep a bottle of 24mg juice around for those times when I feel like I'm about to fall off the horse or need to go for long periods of time between vapes. Especially, at the beginning, lately I've been fine with the 18mg juice.
  7. Some what similar story, I've been vaping on-and-off for 5 years, but those early e-cigs just didn't cut it for me. Ego-T was first e-cig that really started doing something for me (e.g less hassle, more vape). Except those Ego batteries would always break in my pocket and at the worst time. Moved to more hefty variable voltage battery and a protank and all is good!!!!
  8. Love those "$10,000+ saved" stats....
  9. Hi all, new member here. Thought I would join the forum, seems like a nice relaxed atmosphere here. Been vaping on and off for the last 5 years or so. Started out with the 901/screwdriver mod, but those early e-cigs where not exactly maintenance free or as-efficient (at least for me anyways). So, I was on-again/off-again for quite a few years, found the ego-tank eventually which was a great improvement for me, got me off the burning stuff a lot better, but then the thanksgiving party or whatever other excuse for a party would occur and I’d be off-again. Found the provari/protank setup and haven’t looked back… I do find these forums helpful in keeping me “on task”, thanks for hosting…
