I think you should pay it forward to benjamin1990. He is as new as me, and has shown lots of love on the forums. He has one vp, and should deserve another. Just my 2 cents.

My cousin forwarded me this. What do you guys/gals think of it? RESEARCHERS DEMONSTRATE THAT "SAFE" CIGARETTES ARE AS HAZARDOUS AS TOBACCO Valhalla, N.Y., May 12, 2010-Using the same technique they developed to document the harmful effects of tobacco products, New York Medical College researchers have found that cigarettes made without tobacco or nicotine may be more carcinogenic because they actually induce more extensive DNA damage than tobacco products. The technique has been awarded U.S. patent No. 7,662,565. The research team is led by Zbigniew Darzynkiewicz, M.D., Ph.D., professor of pathology. Their study, "DNA damage response induced by exposure of human lung adenocarcinoma cells to smoke from tobacco- and nicotine-free cigarettes," will appear in the June 1 issue of Cell Cycle (Volume 9, Issue 11). Using laser scanning cytometry (LSC) technology to measure DNA damage response to the smoke from commercially available tobacco- and nicotine-free cigarettes, the research team expected to find the alternative products were less hazardous than regular tobacco cigarettes. However, their data suggest that exposure of cells to smoke from tobacco- and nicotine-free cigarettes leads to formation of double-strand DNA breaks (DSBs). Since DSBs are potentially carcinogenic, the data indicate that smoking tobacco- and nicotine-free cigarettes is at least as hazardous as those containing tobacco and nicotine. The authors conclude that their methodology to assess the potential carcinogenic properties of tobacco smoke, based on measurement of DNA damage response as assessed by LSC, provides a useful addition to the battery of genotoxic tests for probing cigarette smoke hazards. Such tests, which can be applied to evaluate the effects of cigarettes and cigarette surrogate products on human health, can be important tools for regulatory agencies such as the Food and Drug Administration or, in the case of environmental smoke, by the Environmental Protection Agency. What Model Feels Closest To An Analog Cig?
stormchas3r replied to GroktheCube's topic in New Vapers Forum
I would recommend the 510 kit. That is roughly the same as a cig, but batty life is alot better than the kit that you have. Just my 2 cents. Good Luck. -
Dulcis, and RY4 for the win. Midnight is next. Well see how the green cow turns out.

Don't feel bad. I just learned that Obama smokes from you..... I never knew this. God I need to get out more often.

Looking To Get Organized - Tackle Box?
stormchas3r replied to FTJoe's topic in General Vaping Discussion
I think that is great FTjoe. Nothing like being organized. My desk is a mess at the moment, and would love to convert into something like that. Good Luck if you go that route. -
Awesome Ouster!!! Congrats on the switch. I think if you get over the one week hump, everything gets easier from there. Good Luck with it. I am on my 16th day w/o a ciggie, and I feel great. Welcome!
-
Wow, dude. Nothing like seeing it up close and personal. I am sorry to hear about your house, but atleast no one was hurt or killed over that. I know there are a few fatalities from the twisters it spun up. The dry line collided with that moist air from the gulf, which exploded those storms. I would love to live there and see all that but I am happy to be hear in philly. I just watched 2012 today, and wow, everything going on in the world is happening just like it should. Stay safe bro, God Speed! Here is something I caught a few years ago, but nothing like what you get down there.
-
Ben, I am so happy that you haven't gone back to the nasty cigs. We all need to feed off each other on this topic. I haven't seen the Joye 510 in person, but I hear that they are the best starter e-cig or e-ni. Congrats bro, and welcome.
-
Nice work there smy. I like both of them.
-
That's not cool. Why are they banning this? I think Big Tobacco is playing a role in this.
-
Awesome Bro, I hope you enjoy it. I am looking at getting a ego here shortly. Can't beat that 10% off coupon, heehee. Happy Vaping!
-
The ego should be standard with a 510. You can always get an adapter to go to 901, kr808. Where did you order it from?
-
Well I don't go to school. I am a Network Administrator for a local Intermediate Unit, and everyone thinks it's great that I quit smoking. I was at a remote location "that school" doing some work, and saw the smokers outside and saw that sign. I had to witness to them. lol God I love vaping!!!
-
Was vaping at a school today, and saw this sign. Figured I would take advantage of it. heehee
