A sealed 510 adapter, huh? Thanks for that tidbit. I'm vaping a 901 on my P18 using an adapter, but it's not sealed.

The Drip Shield slides down over the adapter as well, if that helps. It is important that it sits flush with the top/cap of your device to create a seal so when using an adapter it would still slide all the way down.

edit: I don't know with an adapter if it will or not, I would assume so but I think that's part of the intent. Are you not wanting it to draw the juice back in?

On most devices, yes you will need an adapter for a 510 when using the drip shield. The ego is an exception and there may be others I'm unaware of. The beauty of the drip shield is that it locks the leakage in, but recycles it as well. When you hear your atty gurgling, give it a good pull without activating your switch/button and that will suck some of the juice back up inside your atty (yes, to your question) and you can vape that! I recommend cleaning your drip shield on a fairly regular basis and of course when switching between uncomplimentary flavors.

If they're sold as eGos why wouldn't they all work on the same chargers and vice versa?

My best advice with regard to juice is to keep a <i>very</i> open mind. What I thought I'd like .. I didn't. What I thought I wouldn't like .. I did. But if you think it's that simple? Just wait .. it's fun to try new juices. Sample packs are a great way to try several flavors from a vendor and the loss isn't such a blow if you discover you're not too crazy about the flavors you bought. Also, "x" flavor from one supplier may taste very different from another. Oh, I feel as though I could go and on .. Just have fun with it!

I bought two at the same time. DSE-901 and RN-4081 with a total pricetag, not including juice, of about $150. About 2 or 3 weeks later I bought an eGo and haven't looked back Ok, that's not true. I loved the flavor, and cool but massive vapor of the 901 and had wanted a native 901 device that could hold up to my chain vaping. <enter>Empire Mod</enter>
