I have to agree with you Spydre. Genuine coils all the way! Even if you are ever going to rebuild your Kanger coils. I have noticed some of the knock-off coils have slightly longer contact pins on the bottom that stick out of the coil bases. This leads to not being able to fully seat the tank onto whatever battery or apv and results in a "non" or 0.0 code on my mvp and gives me error flashes on my spinner batt and won't fire. So, in short, whatever you use, use coresponding parts/coils for it. If you're using knock-off kpt2's, use the knock-off coils with it. Genuine kpt's, use genuine coils. Just be sure to keep them separated from each other to avoid hassles and confusion.

Is a cooler vapor better? I tend to enjoy a little on the warmer side. Is that weird or just part of the "subjective" aspect?

I rebuilt 15 kpt2 coils sunday and I'm looking forward to being able to rebuild with a little extra room for my "fat sausage-like fingers". My wife's words, not mine. Lol.

When I got my genuine KPT2, I picked up a knock-off kpt2. Other than having to changing the coil base o-ring, it is vaping like the genuine does. It was less then half of the original. If the knock-off works, use it. I personally like having a few (5) tanks. It gives me a chance to have 5 different flavors to vape on throughout the day. Of my tanks, I only have the one original kanger. However, 2 of my other tanks are the iClear 30 and iClear 30s.

You can't really go wrong with 1.8 to 2.5. I personally prefer the 1.8. But, you may find the 2.2 and 2.5 more your particular taste. If you have the funds, get a couple in each ohm rating and give it a go. When you find what floats your boat...go sailing! Lol

Just watched the video on it and at the end, it gives a close-up. Its not actually shiny. It and the atty are "Cerekoted" which is a ceramic like coating. Now, if I could just find a black "Cerekoted" 22mm dia atty that has fluting like the flash suppresor/muzzle brake of an m-16/ar! I might need to write a couple emails and see if we can get something built that'll really compliment it.

You know, I had that same thought, but decided to go with it anyway. You can't go wrong with black on black imo. I just REALLY dig that ar/m-16 hand rail look on the mod!

Alright! My wife and I just got home from a full day of shopping in Branson! Went to Branson Vapor and got my wife decked out with a new ce4 starter kit with 2 eGo batts and 2 attys and charger. Wife also picked out 4 extra attys, 4 juices, and a three-hole battery stand. She's excited and so am I that we'll both be stinky-free!

Ok. Update; Its been a month of steeping my "create your own" ecblends flavors and.... Nope! Still tasting like my dogs rear-end smells. Ok, lesson learned! Just because it sounds good to mix what I think would be good together, doesn't mean it will be good! Lol I keep trying to think,but nuthin' happens!
