  1. My cat looks at the vapor coming out of my mouth and is terrified, with a look on her face that leads me to believe she thinks I'm on fire. So, if I want to pet her, I put the vape down.
  2. If I get around to it, I want to take my multimeter to it and see if this knob is accurate.
  3. I ended up with a variable (had no idea till the salesman pointed it out after purchase! LoL). I'm finding 3.2 is great most the day, 4 to 4.5 as I get relaxed towards bed.
  4. I like nicotine. I have no plans to drop to 0. It keeps me away from regular cigarettes and that's all I wanted out of it.
  5. Honeysuckle became an instant favorite. I tried a sample at the vape shop, put down the sampler and said "This... make me this, right away, I must have it". I love it so much, I had to have a clearmizer of menthol o most the time because the honeysuckle tastes so good it makes me vape excessively. Next bottle, I'll probably cut the mg by half on my honeysuckle since I hit it twice as much.
  6. My reason... Despite quitting regular cigarettes for 12 years (cold turkey), I constantly wanted one. The reason I quit smoking was to protect my headmates. I missed smoking so much. Then, stress pushed me to where I was going to buy a pack of cigarettes, and snagged a disposable e-cig instead. It did the trick! 3 of those at $10 a piece and realized I should just get a vape pen. I love this thing! Without it, I'd most likely be sucking on an old fashion coffin nail right now, despite 12 years quit. Maybe I went a little over kill with the pen I picked out, shouldn't have spent so much, but... this will certainly keep me from picking analogs back up.
  7. What's this about going after caffeine? Don't even jest like that. I've been on caffeine since I was 4. I've actually been desperate enough to steal coffee. I smoked because I was told it would relax me, and it did exactly that. It's what brought me back to nicotine after 12 years quit. (How the crap did I survive cold turkey?!) A gateway to cigarettes?! That doesn't even make sense. Everyone I know had thier first cig from some one else's pack.
  8. Bonus to doing it this way... I can swap as often as I please. I usually put my mint on when I'm over doing it, as the sensation of it reminds me to slow down.
  9. So far, I have a clearomizer for each flavor. I have one mint, and one Honeysuckle right now. Cola... bleh. I guess somebody has to like it! -Mia
  10. I was worried having quit for so long, and now vaping, people wouldnt be ok with it. I'm glad not to be met with the anger other people have given me. Strange thing... smoke or vape, my headmates were never affected by addictions.
  11. I'm Miakoda. I quit 12 years ago. I didn't quit for me, I quit because I didnt want my headmates to die. ("A psychologist would it "multiple personalities", but we don't see ourselves as personalities) The trouble is, even after 12 years, I wanted a cigarette so bad. I loves everything about being a smoker, but nicotine I loved most of all. Recently, huge stressful events pushed me back to nicotine. So, I opted for the electronic version. I find nicotine helps me with a lot of things, and I feel better with it. So... I vape, big deal. -Mia
