With a elecrometer? No, dont have one and didnt think of doing that

Just purchased the itaste 134, I love the look of it but im having problems. Everything I put on it burns even on its lowest setting of 6.5 watts, I rebuild all my tank attys and even at 4 ohms it burns.HELP ME PLEASE!!!!
