I'm just starting this series on Netflix... so far so good! I turned off my dish about 3 years ago so I am always a little behind the times when it comes to T.V. shows, but I don't regret turning off the dish one bit... there is more crap than good on these days... plus no mindless commercials when you stream!

The local Mill was interviewing for a new Quality Control Inspector; an applicant that they had come in was a man in his mid-forties and blind. The manager was rather shocked that a blind man was applying for an inspector job. Mgr: “As a blind man do you seriously think that you can inspect the quality of wood?” BM: “Of course! I can tell the quality by using my sense of smell, I don’t need to see. If you don’t believe me put me to the test!” Mgr: “Ok, grade this piece of wood” and he held a piece of wood inform of the blind man. BM: “Easy! that is a nice piece of 2 year old pine, no knots” Mgr: “Right on the money, ok… grade this!” and he held another piece of wood in front of the blind man. BM: “Eww! that is a nasty, knotted, 5 year old piece of useless hickory. You should toss that one!” Shocked, the manager called his rather trampy secretary over and had her place her crotch in front of the blind man. The blind man inhaled deeply… and inhaled again… with a look of confusion he asked the manager to turn the wood over. With the manager trying not to laugh, he had the secretary turn around and stick her butt in front of the blind man. The blind man inhaled deeply a couple of times then laughed and said ”You tried to pull a fast one on me, that is the **** house door off of a tuna boat!”

lol.... and I thought it was because my defroster stopped blowing... so I guess it really does not matter in my case because since it got colder I can't see where I am going in the morning anyway!

If I understand all of this correctly e-cigs were classed as "tobacco products" because of the nicotine that they are designed to deliver... So if you are vaping a 0mg nic juice then it should not fall under their classification of "tobacco product"?? With the all I have read on this is sounds more and more like it is nothing more than the government looking for a new revenue stream. I agree that ingredients should be listed, safe practices, and not sold to minors (all ready a law in WA state), but other than that it is just another way for the Gov. to stick their slimy fingers into our wallets again.

I have a hard time with the whole "tobacco product" thing holding up... the obvious argument would be if they do this should they not be taxing anything with alcohol flavors with an alcohol tax, for example rum flavored extract for baking? There are numerous products out there that have alcohol based flavorings with out the alcohol, if the tax vapors as a tobacco product, shouldn't they have to tax the others as well? or worse yet, what if you vape a rum raisin... that one would be double tax opportunity, both alcohol & tobacco taxes!!!

Most people smoked because they liked the taste and the nic. Vaping a tobacco flavored juice gives you the satisfaction of the flavor with out all of the carcinogens that are detrimental to your health. I vape both tobacco based flavors and non tobacco flavors... it is just a matter of taste.

I don't know how much you'll get for those crystal balls... they must be defective otherwise you could have just asked one of them!
