My name is Adrian. I am a 30 year old, single full-time father of 5 year old twin girls. I had been a heavy smoker since the age of 13. I am very proud to say that I am no longer a slave to those stinky cancer sticks. 18mg is going well, and soon to be downgrading to 12mg, then lower and lower until I reach 0mg.
