  1. This definitely sounds like a medical issue, not a vaping one. It can be a serious symptom, so you should get it checked out immediately.
  2. I've had my liquid taste burny after using a bad coil. When you replace the coil, it's best to replace the juice in the tank.
  3. Why's that? I'm using .25 and 50/50 or 60/40 is working fine for me.
  4. Try My Vapor Store, I think I saw it on there.
  5. My SO's first advanced mod was a Provari. He still pulls it out from time to time.
  6. Right. I meant the straight up "starter" 3.7 volt stick batteries that aren't adjustable. Come to think of it, I've still got a spinner in my set of old mods that I used when my MVP was charging, not that it took that long to charge, way back when. Looking into a new mod and tank right now though, but that's another thread.
  7. I think you'll find that going the variable voltage or wattage route will truly make your flavors come alive. The people in my family that have tried vaping, the only ones that actually quit smoking and vaping worked for were the people that got off the stick battery and went variable.
  8. I absolutely agree with you there. Everyone agrees that e-cigarettes are better than cigarettes, but the sellers are being forced out of the market. In the mean time, my store had to rent up additional space just to make their mix lab in accordance with regulations.
  9. I was going to make the same point as @Adversarious1. With a sub-ohm coil, you are pumping a lot of power through it, and a higher resistance won't give you as much higher, so it should cut back on the temperature of the tank a bit. You said you aren't looking for clouds, so loss of vapor isn't a problem for you, and you'll still a good taste out of it. EDIT: My vapor talk siggy isn't working!
  10. That MIGHT be it, but I'm not sure. It's not anything wrong with it, it just gets a little bit hot. If I'm chain vaping on any of my tanks, they get hot (helpful hint: a hot tank on bare skin hurts like hell).
  11. Does this happen only when you've been chain vaping - hitting it multiple times in a row, whith only short breaks in between, sort of like you would a cigarette?
  12. And Chris, for those of us who mix at home, eventually, nicotine will no longer be able to be sold to the general public, is that correct? And I guess I'm lucky - my store is getting PMTAs for almost all of their juices, but to cut down on the number they have to file and pay for, some will be only be 30/70, some will only be a house blend of 60/40, etc.
  13. Could you give us some more information? Like what resistance you are using and what wattage? Is it only the bottom that gets hot, or does the whole thing get hot?
  14. My guess would be the shops that make their own juice are either reducing the number of juices they manufacture because of the PMTA required, or stop selling them altogether.
  15. If it's a defect in the manufacturing, would all of them be affected the same?
  16. I have, and it's not leaking from the glass, either, it's leaking out the air holes, or what seems to be the air holes. I have bad luck that way.
  17. Does this only apply to equipment/tanks purchased in store? Because I still have a ton of questions on my leaking issue on my Crown 2 (okay, just one, why the frak is it leaking), but it was purchased from My Vapor Store, and the only answer they gave me is to close the air valve when I'm not using it. Well, that prevents leaks when I'm not using it, generally, but I'm always using it during the day, so the air valve is open. We take it apart and it doesn't leak for a couple hours, and then it starts leaking again. Sorry, this turned into a rant. Anyway, does it only apply to something purchased at the shop?
  18. I'm not fond of huge clouds. I can make them on my set up, but the way I normally vape (mouth to lung) I almost never do unless I try. But clouds do the same thing the air as smoking did - have a cloud hanging around it, when you have two vapers.
  19. It was three years for me on August 14 (I remember the date because my mom was in the hospital with a blocked femoral artery, and there was concern that they couldn't find a big enough vein to use to bypass, and it was the day after her birthday). I had stopped smoking on June 27, but I slipped up on the 14th from the stress. I had exactly three cigarettes that day before sticking to my e-ciggy for good. There have been times where I've wanted to smoke, especially if I'm around other smokers, or reading and a character lights a cigarette, but I haven't done it.
  20. Then what site am I thinking of that stopped selling coils? Hmmm.
