The only affect that vaping has had on my sleep is that I sleep a WHOLE LOT better knowing I dont smoke anymore. However, I have found that if I do vape too much before bed I wind up having a recurring dream featuring Christopher with an eGo,a pink tutu and a jelly doughnut. I'll save the rest of the dream for the mosh pit.....

The joker is excellent, that is for sure. However, I must admit, I have been the "new" precious for about 4 months now and I have ordered the new version as well, I have used the original before when someone else let me check it out and even the first generation of the device is very impressive. The precious almost has a ridiculous amount of features, from connecting to the computer to set voltage, timeouts,indicator lights, etc to an automated juice dispenser for dripping. Uber security protection and a touch sensor button instead of a mechanical switch. It is quite pricey at around $200.00 but it looks to be an exceptional unit and very compact. I am not aware of anything close to its feature set on the market. Even with all that being said, the performance wont be anything too different from The Joker and The Buzz. When all is considered, you need to choose the one that fits your needs the best. The Joker wont have as many features as the Precious and is significantly cheaper. You really have to ask yourself if you need all those features? The only recommendation I would give is to buy a regulated at the very least or variable device. I can't think of a single reason to buy a device that isn't flexible or provide consistent performance. I just simply don't see any reason to buy a device now that doesn't offer that flexibility.

I love new stuff, just like anyone else and I usually get right on them. The problem for me is that I dont really see what problem this solves. Perhaps more juice capacity but really....the ones out today hold plenty for meand really more or less treat them like dripping into an atty where they hold 8 drops instead of 2-3. Like a few others, rarely do I burn them. I think it is great that there is so much effort being applied to improving the products of the industry but I am going to question what benefit this new design really provides. Yeah, I will probably order them because i have shown 0 ability to resist the latest and greatest but reading this thread found my self asking, what is really being improved?

A "Mark Mod" while an elegant and well crafted device, probably has limited use in this thread as it is not available for purchase. My primary device is a Joker AV using a 510 fitting. It allows me to use relatively longer battery life with the ability to adjust the voltage output. Available at www.vaprlife.com When I am traveling (out of town trips) I will use an eGo with a LR atomizer.

when I run 14500, they seem to really suck at first and then after about 10 cycles or so, they seem to last longer. May be may imagination but i wasn't too impressed with either the trustfires or the AWs I received. 3.7 on 3.2ohm cartos (wet box). They are fine and I do use them but they didnt last as long as I hoped and I am a heavy vapor 3-5MLs a day (low MG)

I have not had this brand yet but I did DIY some using Red hot cinnamon (insane amount) and menthol. I labeled it "Icy Hot" it was good and I keep a bottle around for every now and then. I like the idea...

Mainstream. I am not suggesting everything have a USA label, I am suggesting USA enforced quality standards, which apply to imports.

Like Joe, I am not thrilled about LR cartos or at least not as much as I was LR attys. I got them to put on my eGo when traveling. It may be a bad batch I received but they really brought havoc to my assorted batteries, killing some eGo batts and trip the protection on batts used in mods. I think I have been far too pusillanimous to take my mods on business trips with me. Now that my egos are gone will take my Joker on a plane with me and forget the eGo altogether. I do disagree with Marina, it has always been my understanding that the term "pussie" was a derivative of pusillanimous. Maybe she is right but I didnt link her vid because of her Mensa membership.....

I think you may have misunderstood my comment. I was supporting regulation because I am concerned about the lack of quality standards with the materials we consume. China is a primary producer of the consumables and I am not confident in their quality standard history. Additionally, there are some providers that are creating the liquid as a "in home" business. My point regarding government involvement, which many people tend to run from is that it is needed in this industry for the protection of all.

The idea that once approved the prices will skyrocket doesn't seem realistic to me. The market is already set, if it is approved, why wouldn't the VT store keep selling at set prices? Taxes would surely be a part of the equation but even at 100% tax, its still a better bargain than tobacco. I have stated many times that regulation of this industry would do far more good than harm. If you consider the history of some foreign countries quality standards, it is rather uncertain. IMHO

I had the same exact experience as Brian. For my SB, I used unchewed chewing gum to block the hole. =) once I started using it with both the Buzz and the Joker, there wasnt any need to block the hole anymore. I didnt notice burning the filter when I did that but it was using a degrading 3.7V battery set up. I anticipate you will like it VERY much, as is, at about 4.5 or 5V.

any crc123a or also known as 16340 will work. i prefer the 3.7 v batteries because of the extra capacity. However, the low battery indicator will not be invoked when using 3.7V as they never get low enough to trip the indicator.
