  1. I agree. I picked up some from a local b&m a week ago after trying it out there. I'm vaping it right now.
  2. Nice. I agree on the caramel candy and the dark chocolate. Haven't tried the other 2 but may try the licorice.
  3. It kinda looks like smoking. That's a real reach to be used as the basis for law. Another reason not to visit NYC.
  4. Pretty much sums it up for me too. I tried Dekang way back and tossed most in the trash.
  5. I've got Joye eGo batteries I bought when they first came out almost 4 years ago that charge up and perform well to this day. I've only a couple die over the years and all but 1 suffered an instant death. The 1 just slowly faded away. I have several twists and have only had 1 fail because it suffered a hard drop and the button jammed. Have I used those original eGo's everyday for almost 4 years? No. When I did use them exclusively I had several in rotation. In the last few months I've started using them again because they're very pocketable for work and travel. I can't see myself carting around what appears to be a large 'marital aid' when I'm at work or other settings.
  6. According to the link this should be coming into stock today. They have delayed the date a couple of time though.
  7. The Vamo is a decent fairly inexpensive apv with a good feature set. Bear in mind though that you'll still need to purchase batteries and a good quality charger which will more or less double the price of the Vamo alone.
  8. Gotta a Kayfun Lite+ V2 coming on Tuesday. I'm looking forward to that.
  9. I smoked for decades and e-cigs are the only way I was ever able to quit cigarettes for any period of time. I"m about a month shy of 4 years without a cigarette. Ecigs work. There's usually a learning curve though that makes forums like this one important for information and support. Welcome and good luck with your mom and boyfriend.
  10. Saw an alert for this on a local b&m's FB page this morning. Fortunately I've never tried that particular juice.
  11. Flavor is subjective. I've bought juice from many vendors over the years and I can't say that any had any better than my favorites from mbv. Combine that with the price and customer service and they're tops for me. Bear in mind there are many vendors whose juice I've never tried.
  12. Welcome! You've started on a fun ride if you're like most.
  13. Was commiserating with a guy a couple of days ago in the airport security line. He got pulled aside for a largely metal box mod with topper in his carry on. I gave him my sympathies as I'd just gone through with an assembled eGo/carto combo, a disassembled eVic, several batteries, different chargers, etc. in my carry-on.
  14. Your friend's device may have been variable voltage with voltage cranked up. That will make for a hot vape.
  15. It depends on the juice you ordered from MBV from my experience. Root beer, peanut butter, cinnamon roll and a few others were good right out of the mailbox for me. They did get even better though as time went on. You can also speed the steeping process. Shake often, leave the caps and drippers off the bottle, let stand in very warm water. A ggogle search will yield more results and the methods used.
  16. Provari is still king for Provari diehards imo. I have waited quite awhile for Provape to update the Provari but to date they haven't. The Provari is a great device. I've used one on long term loan from a friend. All that said it's a well made and warrantied dinosaur imo. I got tired of waiting and got a SvoeMesto Semovar a few months ago. Google it. I can't imagine anything more finely engineered or crafted. The vape performance is great and it does vw. I'm a professional in the electrical industry and the Provari fans can tell me that vw retained in memory is the same or no better than vv till they're blue in the face. I know better. Can you live with vv only? Sure. I can also live with manual crank windows in my car. I prefer not to.
  17. Might want to try a different juice vendor. Like others I've got juice that's as much as 2 years old that has never gone south. I take no special storage precautions other than caps on and it never gets really warm.
  18. I just received my 30ml bottle of buttered popcorn a few minutes ago. Fast shipping and nice glass bottle with glass eye dropper cap. Gonna pop it in the ultrasonic tank right now to quick steep it.
  19. I just ordered 30ml of the buttered popcorn based on the reviews here. Looking forward to it. Good luck with the new biz Compenstine!
  20. I recently got back into carto tanks after a friend gave me a couple of pre-punched carto's he uses. Sucky carto's is why I left them behind months ago. Alls good now. One carto may last me a week of heavy use.
  21. Looks interesting. ! year warranty is nice.
  22. I've never owned a spinner but have several Joytech twists. A couple of years ago they were all I used. Today I usually carry one in my shirt pocket for when I'm walking around the plant floor at work. They're pretty bulletproof little devices from my experience with a very low failure rate. I do however read quite a few posts here and there concerning the premature death of a spinner.
  23. I still use a twist from time to time because it's very pocketable. I also have a Vamo amongst others. It's a good device and you'll likely be very happy with it. I'm always in vw mode vs. vv but whatever works best for you works best for you.
