  1. the draw is not nearly as airy on the T3S so i would caution against that until you figure out if you like the draw or not unless you happen to already have the evod replacement coils around.
  2. well in my experience so far: 1.) to top it off means just to keep it filled. dont let it get down past halfway. i dont think thats a necessity. I have used it all the way down to basically the bottom of the tank and had no issues with it gurgling. 2.) I did try to rewick the coil but there was no dice with that one bc apparently the cotton wicking i use is too aggressive to the tank and it cause the atty to flood. however the replacement coils are only 1.65 a piece at the veteran vaper so buying replacements are no issue. 3.) burn drying the tank is simply using heat to dry the tank out after you have washed it out. you can use a lighter or sometimes an atty without a wick. quite frankly... i havent done it... but i dont see why it would change the performance since its a pyrex tank. 4.) make sure when you unscrew it from your battery that you make sure you are grabbing the bottom ring since it does like to unscrew from the tank and leave that ring... which will cause a HUGE mess depending on how much liquid is in it. LOL anyway patricia i dont think you will have too much trouble with the tank. Its pretty easy and just treat it as you would a clearomizer. Also after you fill it for the first time.... let it sit for a few minutes and wick up the stuff especially if your using a high VG liquid.
  3. yes the evod coil fits.. but it is significantly smaller. i dont know how they would fit in the T3S but they might work just fine given they fit the protank but i cant say for sure
  4. IF you happen to have any one or two or three of these products... they are EXACTLY the same replacement coil. So you can buy the T3S and MT3S replacement coils for a dollar cheaper then protank coils! I just compared them side by side and they screw into both bases. On a sidenote... The MT3S and T3S are the NEW version. The T3 and MT3 you have to actually replace the entire bottom BUT THAT CAN BE FIXED! You are able to update them by purchasing a bottom ring from any store that sells the replacement coils. The bottom ring just allows you to remove the actual atomizer portion and keep the base. BEWARE THE GASKETS DO COME OFF VERY EASILY ON THE BOTTOM OF THE ATTY'S!!!! just thought i would pass this info along to some of you who may have both styles Happy Vaping!
  5. not that i have heard. i have never taken one on a plane before though so im not an expert. i would google it and see how it goes. you may even be able to use it in carry on luggage.
  6. i ordered a cake batter from the vapor room. great little site and nice people too. it should be here on monday so ill let you know what i think of it. :P
  7. welcome man! its a pretty friendly group (although some of us cant spell *points at himself*) and try and give honest but not demeaning opinions of the products. also just because someone doesnt like a product... doesnt mean you wont! on the other hand just because someone raves about something doesnt mean you will fall in love with it either. thats why this is more of a journey then a destination. buckle up and enjoy the ride brother.
  8. well other then the products themselves being from china... i have yet to order something that actually came STRAIGHT from china. I realize they came over at some point but i havent actually ordered anything from china and had it sit in customs. lol so that being said... all of the chinese products i have... i havent noticed anything overly weird or funny about them so i will continue buying the products i buy and i will give business to the american suppliers and keep my money in the country's economy in that fashion.
  9. that should be perfect for you until you get home. that would definitely be the route i would go if i were in that position. now you know why everyone preaches backups and backups for those backups. lol.
  10. well have no fear i bought a simple RDA for two reasons. It appears to be less complicated because there is no tank involved and cant have leaks ad such do to improper assembly for that. and because i drip more often then not at home unless im laying in bed. lol!
  11. not to bump an old thread but i just placed an order from empire mods and the order has already shipped. i placed it yesterday at like 8pm and got an email verification today that it has left the warehouse. I didnt expect it to leave until at least monday. i mean its only a drip shield and and RDA but still... i thought that was awesome that they took time on a saturday to send it out. I will also be trying to purchase an empire MOD because i think its really awesome they are hand made in new york.
  12. there has been quite a growth around here for people looking to start especially since there is now a store in the mall that you can buy a decent setup and juice for the cost of having it in your hands now. but more and more people after they get into it... go to online ordering since they are already set up with equipment... so its kind of a flow between growth and outsourcing for the community right now.
  13. i like the t3s and the mt3s along with the vision STV and the protank as well.
  14. Nice purchase! awesome starter! Welcome to VT!
  15. I would use some rubbing alcohol and let it soak for an hour or so (overnight preferably) but if you need it like right now just wash it with hot water and then let it dry itself out. Be careful not to pull the wick out unless you have something to pull it back through the coils. Then after its dry put it all back together. And a good way to know if its done or not.... You will lose flavor and start getting dry hits all the time. Be careful not to do it too often bc you will burn the wick. It can be rewicked but you need cotton embroidery floss and some 32g wire.
  16. Oh! Well I suppose I misread something. My apologies guys! Didn't mean to provide misinformation.
  17. nah you can try whatever mixtures you want. i would say if its a matter of flavors... keep like flavors together. fruits, mints, deserts, candy, etc. but you can try whatever pg/vg mix you want and see if it works for you. if it doesnt... just change it a little one way or the other.
  18. well i bought a shield an a rebuildable dripping atty. so i should in theory have a great set up on its way! i want that empire pv too... too bad they are hard as hell to get ahold of.
  19. yes they are if im not mistaken. i could be wrong and it wouldnt be the first time. lol
  20. i spent my wad at johnson creek and pure smoker before i saw this... bummer!
  21. ok fair enough. i bought this one since my current setup at home is dripping and i only use the tanks when im at work. http://www.Empiremods.com/product_p/igow.htm
  22. if it has a rubber tip... you could always try and pull it apart and put your own juice in it.
  23. and a word of caution.... watch which drip shield you get! they make them for specific thread type and battery style. like for example my eVic has a raised 510 thread with a recessed eGo thread type. they actually make a shield so i dont have to buy any adapters or anything like that. if you hunt enough you can find them. i bought mine from empiremods.com.
  24. lol hot dumpster huh? this bobas bounty... i might have to try it. lol!
