What Type Of Music Do You Listen To Mostly
IMEDICx90 replied to Derrek's topic in Polls and Questionnaires
I am a Jazz kid at heart. I cant ever get enough of jazz fusion John Coltrain, the modern jazz quartet, jill scott, Eva Cassidy etc, Thats what i went to school for so i grew to appreciate it alot more. And for all of you metal heads... jazz is the root of your music.. just distorted. You might find you will like it if you sit down and listen to it for a while. :P BUT i will say.... Avenged Sevenfold holds a special place in my heart. And im typically an underground artist type of kid. -
Exposing the Public to E-cigs - A good Thing
IMEDICx90 replied to ArnieH's topic in General Vaping Discussion
Well my experience vaping in public has been different then most. I am a social butterfly and have never met a stranger lol, I was also the guy walking around with 11 facial piercings and gauges and a 2ft mohawk so the looks i dont even notice anymore and they never bothered me before. haha! I have been approached by people in the gorcery store and on the sidewalk, bars, parking lots, restaraunts, and the like. They all know what the e-cigs are but arent really sure what the hell my eVic is, so they come over to ask me what it is and why would i buy something like that. I explain the benefits of it over a normal battery as far as my experience has been. Usually they ask me where they can get one or read up on it for themselves or a loved one and i give them one of brian's cards. I dont ever hide what im doing. Im not ever really discreet either bc i smoke 100%VG and my eVic and protank will blow clouds for days at 4.5v. I have never been one to hide what im doing based on popular vote. If someone were ever to come up to me and as me not to do it in the grocery store or a bar or any public place other then outdoors i would politely put it away. but i have never had that happen... actually people are more intrigued by the vanilla smell then the huge cloud of vapor usually floating around me. LOL! just my experience though. Can I ask all of you discreet vapers a question though? If you have the right to walk outside the bar and smoke either on the patio or on the sidewalk... Why do you try to be discreet? Is it a matter of social courtesy? or is it a conflict avoidance behavior? -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tcoJ9I_OsGs- i actually have the lyrics from the chorus tattoed in my chest piece http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uuZE_IRwLNI- as much as i cant stand pop music... this song is really well constructed. and very well sung.

I think now that you can buy the replacement bases it fixes the issues. The airway hole is vastly smaller then the previous bases and they dont seem to have the same problem of not screwing into the tank portion all the way. You can replace the bases on your t3's for around 2.50 a pop and just replace the coils for 1.50 a piece... and not to mention.... rix since your a huge rebuildable guy... you can actually pull those coils completely apart and rebuild them... and they dont seem to be a terribly hard build. I will let you know as soon as i can get my hands on some silica and some kanthal wire.
-
Well rixter i actually had a full tank of the vapor room gummy bear in my T3S today and literally smoked it all the way down to where there was no juice even left in the bottom of the coil. not that i usually go that far but i just wanted to see if it was possible and how it would do when it got low. I had absolutely no problems with it leaking.

You couldn't use the kpt on an 808. It's a 510 threaded tank. If it was 306 it would be fine. But 808 threads are not compatible with the 510. You couldn't use the kpt on an 808. It's a 510 threaded tank. If it was 306 it would be fine. But 808 threads are not compatible with the 510.

One fix for the long wick coils is a cotton wick. It wicks better and faster and the flavor stays more consistent through out an entire tank. That's been my experience anyway. And it's easy to rewick them... Takes like 2 minutes to do 3 or 4z

Bump Everytime You Buy Something New
IMEDICx90 replied to blucavvy's topic in General Vaping Discussion
I just got my order from Johnson creek of 90ml of vanda 11mg and pure smoker sent me 60 ml of 16mg mellonica. As well as my protank replacement coils from Brian. -
You mean flavor percentage? I usually mix anywhere from 15 to 25% but I never usually go above that. I did a 30% one time and that was with a grape trying to get it to carry over but it never did so... Anyway I think that's usually the general consensus around here.
-
The worst flavor I have ever had is probably English toffee from the vapor room. Not that I dislike the vapor room.. But it's just not my cup of tea. I can vape it in a drip tip for a couple of drips... That's about it. Lol but it gets a little better with some cake batter added to it!

I thought the same thing lol! Get it b!

What you can do with 808's, a PCC, and T4 Clearos
IMEDICx90 replied to ArnieH's topic in General Vaping Discussion
That is really cool what did you use for the shell? Looks like a surge protector but I could be wrong. -
It's in the general ecig discussion forum I believe. There you go. but your fine here just figured I would show it to you.
-
I would recommend for your back up clearomizers (the tank that holds your juice) you look at the kanger T3S and get a few of those and the replaceable coils.
-
no problem what kind of delivery system are you using?
-
it can. its all going to depend on your vaping habits. but i will preach like the rest of the forum here that you should always have a backup to everything. batteries, clearomizer/tank/cartomizer, charger, juice, etc. because if you truly want to quit you dont want to give yourself a reason to buy a pack of cigarettes. Start up costs can get expensive if you let it but if you control your spending and only buy quality items the first time around chances are you wont have to replace them unless you want to
-
well the first one is a VV or variable voltage. which is how you can get around the bigger battery. you can dial up the volts to get a better vape. but both are good batteries and you will have a good experience with either

yes its mandatory for super poster status

well do you have a link to the batteries you bought? or a picture of them? you probably are wanting something along the lines of a 650mAh battery like this one here: http://www.theveteranvaper.com/joye-ego-c-twist-650mah-battery/ or these: http://www.theveteranvaper.com/joye-ego-c-upgrade-650mah-battery/ those are short batteries and have a decent charge depending on how much you vape. if you chain vape regularly you are gonna want a bigger battery. my wife started where you did with this but once she realized that you aren't going to compete with anything like a cigarette as far as size. the better the battery the bigger it usually is. same way with mods and tanks. hope that helps and welcome to the forum!

they do sell both styles for that tank. Its more personally preferance but i prefer the long wicks. They will both work in the tanks though. just a different draw.
