Welcome to VT. I was a pipe tobacco and cigar abuser for ; well since Vietnam if that tells you. For me that was at aged 17. Working 12 hour days or more and missing meals but burning thru dozens of cigarettes, cigars, and pipe tobacco to keep going. It was a war you know. Since then I was almost always with a stogie in my mouth. It's a wonder why I havent had more go wrong with me like cancer, copd, etc. I do have respiratory issues, cpap, and until recently always smelled like an ashtray. E-cigs can mean freedom for you. has for me. and like my buddy Medic says, always have and get backups. You will have issues and a backup can make the difference in a happy day or Nic withdrawl. It aint nice. My tatsters ar still coming back so I am learning all over again what things are like. Things I used to like I may not anymore. Things I hated I may love now. Same will be true for you! hang out, ask questions, and be part of the family. I am convinced the loving people here are at least 50% responsible for keeping me off the poisons now!!

I helped one other start vaping and she hasnt had a cig in weeks. I was helped when I came here. It goes on and we pass it on. The kindness shown me I will pass on as many times as I can. Orlando area has no good stores for e-cigs. Want to start one?

Yes most vape equipment is made in China. They basically started it. They certainly have the electronics capability now. What most or some folks were worried about was the lead scare in consumables like the juice. A few years ago it seems every toy that came from China had high levels of lead in it. BUT a lot changes in just a few years.

Good question. When I get near the bottom or I dont get the vape I like anymore from the left over juice I just call it ended and wash it out tossing what leftover there is. If the coil and head can be unscrewed it is easier to clean the wicks. If you have cheap clearo's or they do not clean the way you like as they wont come apart I toss them. (or save them after cleaning for that flavor) I use boge 501 carts to test flavors. They are easier to clean out for me. Some people just start with a neutral flavor like Vanilla and then when they change to say chocolate or strawberry it would likely mix with the old juice to make a nice complement anyway. So no problem.

Redsonja, that sounds like a great buy! My only problem would have been what juices to get! Im so picky for some reason I do not like most juices.

Me too Uma! My iTaste VV ver 3.0 just came in today in the mail delivery! I was not expecting it so soon. I dont care for the retractable power cord myself, but it is as it is. I guess customs was goofing off and passed my pkg thru! The iClear 16's are cute. It is smaller than I thought too! I like it!! It vapes very well!

Vaping Vanilla Custard right now from Cafe Ecig as was recommended to me by a member. Yummy and mellow. Good alone but I get the feeling it could be great with something added in. not sure what. (12%, 70/30) What goes with vanilla?

hmmm. Im a type "A", Medic brother. You get your own wicking and redo the coil heads yourself you say? Where do you get the wicking? Same place as coils or heads for the T2? Where is the procedure for doing this shown? Why are the regular wicks silica?

Ok, so I put the atomizer on my battery. Add the tip. The cone is just cosmetic I assume. Do you drip drops into the opening of the tip? or does the atomizer have an opening or bowl like area to catch the drips?

I assumed the wicks come in replacement coil heads. is their an option for the other wicking? I have not even looked at parts yet!

Not becuse I wanted but because I didnt klnow the small cigarette looking device wasnt getting the job done adequaltely. These be wonderful giving people here. It is also not easy to find mods made here. In past decades the Chinese were a joke. But now they have ultra sci fi electronics and stealth weapons systems and a level of education in the sciences and engineering that top of the stack. In the 50's people thought made in Japan meant junk. and it was. Now the Made in Japan means Toyoa, acura, Nissan, Lexus, etc. Chines could just be the new Japan. They certainly want to be. Even a commie govt yeilds to market forces and scientific advances. Just look at thier stealth submarines! In the past the govt had quotas for production that were not possible. Do the quota for lose your contract. farmers would add water to the milk or add other things. This is local consumption not export.

Im really new at this but so far I have one favorite. NicQuid's StrawNanna Smoothie. 12mg 70/30. I have gone thru 15ml in about a week so far. I need to have other fav's and will try some soon! Will be interested to see what you gather here!

I'll wait for others to comment but my take is it shouldn't leak. However I do have my tanks that have juice in then sitting up. I'm just fussy that way I guess.

I managed to burn up the nano. Guess I am too much of a vape monster just now. I am now rocking the very nice T2. and whatever about the mid wick thing I like the long wick!
