Noob looking to vape dry herb/tobacco

You can defiantly vaporize dry herbs. You just need a very high temperature ~200c. -
Hi, I was wondering if there is anything other there that is like a ecig but would allow me to put my own tobacco and herbs and vaporize. Thanks.
