id love to hear if anyone else has used the snuff or snus to help them quit analogs.

The thing with nasal snuff is just like snus its a real tobacco leaf thats ground up so you get all the ingredients of the tobacco especially the alkaloids that carry the MAOI that tobacco has in it and that makes it so hard to quit when you start missing it.

Also in addition to ecigs what i found was a big help was nasal snuff, some people might think thats disgusting but its really not and i will still use it occasionally when i get that urge.

And since im posting here to get to the post count of 5 let me say that even though i am selling my equipment i will always be a firm believer in ecgis because this is the first time in my life after 20+ years of smoking that i have been able to quit and stay quit.

i have tried to post in the classifieds but it says that i have no option to start a new post. does anyone know why? i have a set of joye 510's and lots of ejuice and accessories like a carrying case i would like to sell because i am done with ecigs. I have finally gotten to the point where i am done with smoking all together and have no use for the equipment. Most of the the stuff is brand new.
