That could be it, but after learning how many people cleaned their tanks out of the box before the first use (which I did with 0 of these), I thought it a question worth asking. Its almost the same taste as when you have a coil about to go bad, but it is a brand new coil and the same taste is apparent in both my mint flavor and my strawberry one.

Having used Davide Minis for close to a month, today I started to get a "funky" taste from one of my liquids. I put in a new coil, but the taste is still there. I have never "cleaned" my tanks since starting to use them new, and I really didn't do it then either. The taste is mild, but ever present and for lack of a better word it tastes like the tank might be "dirty" for lack of a better word. My question is do you empty and clean your tanks? If so, how often? I have 4 fresh Davide Minis in the mailbox at home and am thinking about alcohol soaking them and my current ones tonight and cleaning them real good to see if this gets me back to the awesome taste I have been used to for a month. I have my KPT2 to use tonight while all my Davide Minis soak and get cleaned. Thoughts?

It might be possible I didnt like dripping because I only own 24mg liquids lol. It made me feel a little crazy. I ordered some 16mg in my preferred flavors and used 50-50 on my latest orders to see if I like that and am ready to move down a tad. The 24mg is starting to feel like it is a bit too much.

I am off the bulk juice bandwagon lol. After doing a ton of research and talking to suppliers, it looks like shelf life is maximum of 1 year for the flavorings. Nicotine is known to degrade over time as well but I couldnt find anything conclusive as to what rate it degrades. I just decided to take a wait and see approach after my preferred suppliers advised me to not order a ton. Even if the FDA announced tomorrow that all online sales are banned, they have been assured there would be a minimum of a year for suppliers to comply so there would be time to stock up if need be.

I am DYING to try this Unicorn Blood! I just keep smelling it. By a mile the best smelling liquid I have ever opened.

I have grown to accept the bolded as "normal" as every Davide Mini and KPT 1 and 2 I have used always do this. I never ever get gurgling out of either, but there is always a coating of liquid on my battery contact when I change or batteries.

Strawberry Fields is not like any other strawberry I have tried. It is not really sweet, at all. Nothing like the candy taste I have had in Strawberry flavors from ECBlends, Sweet-Vapes, Mt Baker, or Mtn Oak Vapors. At first I didnt think it would work until I left my tobacco tank at home one weekend on the lake and was sort of forced to try it. It sort of takes on a new flavor when drinking Makers. The next weekend I took my tank of tobacco and after two weeks of nothing but Strawberry Fields and my Mints it wasnt something I think I will ever vape again. I am just averse to the taste of tobacco now I guess. At first though, that flavor kept me vaping!

Before tobacco flavors started to leave my list of wants, and its the same for almost everyone at first, I used to refer to Sweet-Vapes.com "Traditional Tobacco" from their signature tobacco series as :Liquid Analog". When I first started vaping I liked several different flavors, but am a fairly heavy drinker on the weekends especially during boating season. I always felt like I needed to have a tobacco flavor to go with liquor or beer. Once I figured out my Strawberry Fields accompanies my Makers Mark quite well, I haven't touched tobacco flavors since. Same progression as most I guess. I have used the 120ml of that tobacco flavor to switch 6 people now to Vaping. All agreed it tasted very close to a Marlboro Light in flavor. I ordered it in 80pg-20vg 24mg nic. Its almost clear with a slight tan color to it and gets much better with a couple weeks of steeping, really brings out the tobacco taste. It is the 1 liquid out of the bunches I have tried that benefited from steeping, however it is good right out of the box. If I had any more left I would send you a few ml to try.

I am free tomorrow night to participate. I am sort of free Saturday night but my Vols kick off their season at 6pm so my attention will be divided. I would rather do it tomorrow night if everyone is ready and has their stuff. If not, I will be on the lake and out of touch from Sunday Morning till Tuesday night.

I have been in one once, completely content to order online lol. I do wish I had some way to try liquids in person, thats the one thing I am looking forward to this shop opening. I have high hopes for their liquids and they say they will be reasonably priced and high quality but we will see.

Sad so many vape shops suck. I am sure there are a lot of good ones but I haven't been inside one yet. High hopes for one opening late September near where I live. Expectations are low as the other one in town sells knockoff 900mah twists for $69 and generic CE4s for $14 but 5 packs are $49 lol. I showed someone on the lake last weekend some of the sites I but from and they about fainted at the prices they had been paying.

Lol pro tank and Davide couldn't be much more different especially with the minis. Not even close to each other outside of using the same coils.

I have 10 but 4 are the wife's now lol.

I have yet to hit the cutoff on mine and I have tried to intentionally. A month on one coil is pretty amazing to me too lol .

What voltage are you vaping? What resistance? I am trying to figure out why yours could be so different than mine. I work 11-12 hours a day and am at my desk vaping all day long lol.

My last order I ordered 50-50 to revisit and see if I like it better now as throat hit is less important. Also trying a drop down to 18mg from 24 to see how that goes. You answered a question I had too here, thanks.

What resistance are most of you using in your Davide? Most specifically the Mini but curious about both.
