  1. I saw a thread on ECF when I searched and someone said they e-mailed Eric and Discount and he sent them some replacements. Maybe they have them but not listed, not sure. In that same thread someone posted a link to an o-ring kit on Amazon but they were black rubber and not sure if safe to use. I believe those used in items for use with foods and such are silicone. I am such a non-mechanical person when it comes to fixing things. I e-mailed Eric to see what he says too.
  2. What Bebop said. If he is still craving a cigarette he should start on 24mg. I am almost 6 months tobacco free and just in the last month or so made the switch down to 18. My wife still is on the 24mg without even a thought of moving down. It's a tough road may as well make it easier. I bet the nicotine level of the friends liquid has more to do with why he likes it than the appliance itself.
  3. Ok not very "fix it" oriented but one of my Davide minis lost an oring. It's not lost as much as broken, might be a better way to put it. It's the one that sits at the bottom of the threads at the top of the center post that the coil slides into on the end that screws into the top part that holds the tank and the drip tip. Anyone have an idea about finding a replacement? Or is this one just "spare parts" now? Lol.
  4. I believe it is one or the other. I didn't research that because I knew I would only use 18650s. I mean, for me, once I went APV I figured I might as well go all the way and max out battery life. I thought at first it would be too big or too heavy and would use it at home. Since the day I got it it has been to the beach, on the boat, to work every day, in my pocket hunting and fishing, to football games lol. About the only place I do not take it is to "stealth vaping" occasions (My sons track meets, a wedding I went to, Boy Scout functions (I am a Scout leader) ...thats about it)
  5. No it is not telescopic, but it comes with an added piece to accommodate an 18650, or you can not use that piece and use an 18350. I carry mine everywhere I go, in my pocket, everywhere. I think you may be overestimating the size....especially if you only use a 18350 battery. Either way you probably cannot go wrong. Like I said the only difference is aesthetics imo.
  6. I am not a fan of the looks of a "telescoping" APV personally, and I never plan to use anything but 18650s even though the Vamo can accommodate 18350s as well.
  7. I am vaping about 3ml a day and get about 2 days out of my AW IMR 18650s, a little less from the EFest 18650s. Provari is considered a Top of the Line BUT is only VV, doesnt have a VW feature. This is the feature that made me get an APV in the first place, otherwise I would still be using Vision Spinners. There are lots of APVs that are in the $50-$60 range that are good units. Tesla, Vamo, Itaste SVD, and plenty others. I love my Vamo V3. Not even thinking about anything else, and if it broke today, I would buy another one. But to each their own, of all those in the same price range I think the major difference is in the aesthetics more than the functionality. I know nothing of Sigelei.
  8. Yea the voltage of the battery charge has 0 to do with the output to your tank, that is simply for battery life. Another dumb question, are you SURE you have it in watt mode and not volt mode? I know it sounds silly but if you were vaping at 4.5-5v you could definitely get a burned taste. I would make sure that is set correctly.
  9. Im not sure what is going on there. Its possible you have a defective unit. I use 1.8ohm coils in my Davides almost exclusively and vape at 6.5w on my Vamo 3. At 2.5ohms you should be able to vape 7watts + without having any issue. When I use 2.2ohm I am usually at 7w. Maybe someone more experienced will chime in, but I am vaping Unicorn Blood right now at 1.8ohms @ 6.5w and it is great. My first thought was you have a bad coil, but if you have the same thing happening with all your tanks and fresh coils I have no idea what it could be. At 1.8ohms (Usually my 1.8s read 2.0 so thats what I figured) 6.5w = about 3.7v I believe. You are way below that if I am figuring correctly, the 2.5ohm @ 6.5w would be around 4v. What kind of tanks are you using?
  10. I didnt really get any medicine taste, but it has a strong flavor of some type and has more throat hit than I like now. Mixed 50-50 with the Endless Summer (Strawberry Lemonade flavor) it really mixes nicely!
  11. Of all my favorite Fuzion flavors Gummy Blood was the bottom of the list. I like it but always found that tank staying full because I can't put down the others I like better. It was a little harsh for me is the best way to put it. I tried a 50-50 mixture of Endless Summer and the Gummy Blood and dayumm they mix better than any two flavors I have mixed before. That's what I'm vaping now!
  12. Finished my tank of Endless Summer, moved on to Gummy Blood which is nearing the bottom, and next will be Apple Cinnana.
  13. This cannot be a problem with the Vamo but instead a problem with the Iclear imo. If two connect and one doesn't, it really cannot be the APV, at least I wouldnt think. I carry mine around 24-7, and wouldn't want anything any heavier (Vamo is borderline too heavy). My wife will not even let me get her an APV because of the weight so she still cycles her 650mah bedazzled Ego style batteries with several chargers. All that got old for me, I could make it a week on 4 charged 18650s. Its all a personal choice though.
  14. I wish I could open the link, our damn web filter blocks anything with "cigarette" in the title lol.
  15. Endless Summer and Unicorn Blood are tied as my favorites, but Apple Cinnana, Gummy Blood, and Orangezilla are great too. Wasn't a fan of Rasta Blood abd WaterFelons was just ok for me.
  16. I use the Vamo 3 exclusively. Not sure what others can offer I do not get with it. Works great with either connection, is sturdy and well built, and is super easy to use. If I buy another, it will be another one of these. I checked out a lot at the local stores and other than a few bells and whistles on more expensive units like the Evic, I cannot see what the big difference is other than aesthetic preferences.
  17. Are you using the coils that came with it or Kanger replacements? Just thinking about your issue, and the only time that has ever happened to me with a KPT or a Davide was with the coils that came with them.
  18. Well OrangeZilla is empty, moving on to Endless Summer!
  19. Have you ever thought about branching out and trying other suppliers? It might blow your mind lol.
  20. I do not own one but when researching options I went with the Vamo. I just could not find anything in the Evic to warrant the extra $$ and it seems more fragile.
  21. Everywhere I order from has 24,18,12,6, and 0. I am on 18 now after a few months on 24. Not sure if I will drop again but if I do it will be 12, but everyone is different.
  22. Sweet-Vapes "Traditional Tobacco" is by far the best true tobacco flavor I ever tried but haven't vaped a tobacco flavor in months. I would suggest trying that one.
