In Presidential elections I tend to agree but with only 28-35% of those voting age that actually vote there is no way to know how the country feels. Fox polls show a hard right leaning nation, MSNBC polls show a hard left leaning nation and with 3 out of 4 voters sitting it out there is no way to truly gauge the "attitude of our nation" lol. Imagine if that 65-72% of the nation banded together and said "WE WILL NOT VOTE FOR ANYONE WITH A D OR AN R BY THEIR NAME!"? Would things change? A few things that must change: Term Limits for all offices No electoral College, popular vote only Make it a felony punishable by prison for anyone holding public office to take one cent above their taxpayer paid salary The two party system keeps us all in chains cheering for our team like a sporting event. Its time to do away with this!

There are many things I LOVE about living in the South. I hunt, I fish and am not scared to eat a chitterling or squirrel brains. I am as proud of my Southern heritage as anyone could be and would live nowhere else. With that said, I am so sick of the bigotry and uneducated decisions made here. I blame religion as a whole because many of the people I know put more stake in what they learn in a 30 minute Sunday School class than in actual school where they teach evil things like science, sex ed and evolution. This is just one of a number of daily news stories like this I see every day. Not too long ago there was a HUGE push in Murfreesboro to not allow a Mosque to be built and the citizens even went as far as trashing and vandalizing the build site with 0 legal ramifications. Now a Tennessee State Trooper has been fired because he is a "black Muslim" as his supervisor referred to him as he was being sent to training on the radicalization of the youth of America. Will it ever stop? Will the people that cling to their rebel flags ever understand this type of behavior is why the flag has to go from all things government and in educational institutions? Will people ever realize that their enjoyment of the freedoms important to them is DIRECTLY dependent on them acknowledging and accepting the fact these freedoms are applied equally to all religious, races and now sexual orientations? Personally I think our nation in the last 6 months has been through one of the most transformative in history and hopefully my children and their children someday will experience freedom because, right now, unless you are a white male Christian, you have yet to truly experience it! Its just like I have always said: Not every Republican is a bigot or a racist BUT when I meet a raging bigot, they are almost always Republican Not every Democrat is a free-loader living off the government BUT when I meet a free-loader, they are almost always a Democrat Not everyone that are proud of Southern Heritage and want to preserve the rebel flag are racists BUT when I see a jacked up old 4x4 with a 4x6 rebel flag flying in the back I seriously doubt they are on their way to a "Unity Rally".

Yea in reality most blue states always vote that way and most red states vote that way. If you want to make a difference you have to live in Ohio, Florida or Pennsylvania. It seems those three states are the swing votes in every POTUS election. Electoral College is very antiquated and our leaders, especially our one figurehead, should 100% be elected by a popular vote.

Back to a little bit of a serious thing lol. I live in Tennessee which did not vote for Bill Clinton in either of his terms nor Al Gore who is from Tennessee in his (arguable) loss. All you need here to get elected is an R by your name. We have elected state senators and house members with extensive criminal records because they were the "republican" on the ballot. Its so sad. In reality when it comes to national elections and ESPECIALLY the POTUS I am hemmed in. I am a very conservative fiscal person BUT very progressive socially. I want someone who will represent me and that does not occur on the GOP or DEM tickets. I have made a vow to myself to never again vote for anyone with a R or a D by their name for national office. I wish it could become a movement. Politics in our nation has become a sport with people cheering on their team but about as much usable policy has come out of DC in the last 12-16 years as has come out of the NFL. What we need is a strong libertarian leaning independent that can identify with the 60%+ of the country that do not affiliate with either party and are "democrat leaning" independents or "GOP leaning independents" but in reality we are looking for something different. Again in Tennessee it makes 0 difference who I vote for in the Presidential election so I will probably just fish that day.

Got my replacement IStick 50w and another I am gonna charge to mid way and put it in storage mode for the next time I need one. I used to love my Spinner 2s but this battery life has me spoiled. Only dealing with charging every 3 days is so much better than every night haha.

Spend an extra $2 and buy from an American based supplier. My 2 cents.

In 3 summers of vaping this is the first one I have killed like this. In fairness I was into my 2nd fifth of Makers Mark and was shotgunning beers and shooting Jager with my friends college kids (and drinking them under the table) haha. Only other battery of any type I killed was dropped in saltwater for a long time before I found the tip of the lanyard swaying in the surf and dug it out of the sand. After a rice spa it worked another couple months before dying. My Istick stuck itself on 50w, fired constantly on its own, and I finally heard the sound of a coil pop lol. Needless to say it started getting hot and is now in 24 feet of water.

Ordered two more IStick 50w from Sweet-Vapes. One to replace the one I jumped in the lake with on a lanyard to not realize it for about 10 minutes and one on standby when me or the wife do that **** again lol.

Vape 18mg and have for a little over 2 years after about 6 months on 24mg. That is where I am, where I want to be lol. I have no plans to drop any further because I like nicotine and see it as minimally dangerous (on par with caffeine). Thats not so say someday I may want to drop down but if I do, it will be to stop vaping all together. I will say this, I will never vape 0mg nic. Tobacco is the enemy, not nicotine. I just have to say that every once in a while when one of these posts come up lol. Everyone is different what is right for me is irrelevant lol.

My wife vapes almost as much as me unless it is one of those 30-40 times a day she loses her IStick and she charges it once a week literally. I am not sure what the difference it. We use the same amount of liquid in the same amount of time. She charged hers last Friday and last night still had just under half battery life left. These things are amazing really when it comes to battery life

The Spinner 2 is only 1600mah and still lasts me 1 day to a day and a half at the same voltage. 2000MAH at those levels should last a casual vaper at least a day and a half or more.

I assume you mean the IStick 30w? Not sure of the rating on that one but i have the IStick 50w and it lasts me at least 3 days and I vape around 3ml per day at 1.8ohm and 7.5w (3.8v). I would think that is highly irregular since Spinner 2s last me 24-36 hours I would think the 30w IStick would at least last that long. I would check the warranty and contact where you bought it (hopefully not Ebay or you are most likely out of luck). About any reputable online or B&M shop should exchange it if malfunctioning inside of one week with no damage visible.

At this point I think some topics that will engage discussion would be good for the forum and bring activity levels back up where we used to be. For a lot of us, our questions have been answered and we have answered the same ones about a thousand times. I know that is the purpose of the forum in the most basic explanation and we will keep doing this BUT I think some ideas I like would be Picture Subforum: Post pics of anything not indecent (or indecent if you are hot) lol Politics Discussion Subforum "In the news..." Subforum Sports Subforum "420" Forum? (I know this goes against forum guidelines BUT it would be optional to visit and is a very interesting topic to many here I think anyway) etc.....

ECBlends has about everything you could want when it comes to flavors and are a great company. Its where my wifes flavor comes from. For super complex flavors I love Fuzion and their Endless Summer is the only flavor I have vaped for over 2 years. Not sure about the cereals but both places are worth a look. Sweet-Vapes is also a great place. They are about the only three places I order anything from and over the years have been on point 100% of the time.

Gear is just gear. The minority chase cool looking fancy stuff the mass majority use basic stuff and maybe even one flavor. I LOVE my Istick 50w just for battery life but other than that it seems no different than a $20 spinner and have used the same flavor for over two years exclusively. I can smell now, taste now, have lost over 60lbs, blood pressure completely normalized and allowed me to get off several meds and my cost is down to under $80 per month for my wife and I combined. There are too many benefits to list and I cannot think of one negative.

I find the coolest thing about vaping is I have been over two years without a cigarette.
