Well they are supposedly refunding my money, got a confirmation e-mail at 830am yesterday but it has not hit my account yet even as pending. They are also supposed to be sending me a replacement 120ml bottle of Endless Summer that supposedly somehow will taste the same as 100vg as it did 65-35 lol. I am probably done with Fuzion once I get the refund and replacement bottle, or even just the refund as I do not expect the replacement to be any different if they removed PG from their base. It just sucks, because the old 65vg version of Endless Summer was so good to me, good enough I would have given up every other flavor I have to keep that one. Dammit, back to the drawing board for an ADV.

More correspondence making me wonder how they ever had such an awesome product. I am happy they are trying to make me happy but dam. On Nov 21, 2013, at 6:29 PM, Brian Carter wrote: Jared, Am I wrong to think that switching from a 65vg 35pg base to 100vg is a huge change? That would explain my issue with taste and all of a sudden getting dry hits every other hit. So it's no longer 65vg 35pg? That's a HUGE change I think. Would explain a lot if you guys went from a 65vg 35pg base to a 100% VG base. That would have a huge affect on flavor since PG and VG carry flavors differently. You guys should inform your loyal customers when making such a drastic change. I may be wrong but I think it was a huge mistake to mess with perfection, or you could at least offer the old formula at the older higher prices. Just my opinion, it's not my company lol. Your website still says you use a 65vg 35pg base by the way. On Nov 21, 2013, at 5:22 PM, Jared Davis <jared@fuzionvapor.com> wrote: nothing to my knowledge has changed. Hey, they clean their ketchup bottles lol.

So basically they refunded the $57 inc shipping for the 120ml that I just got and are mixing me another 120ml to send. I am happy they stepped up, now lets see if the next one is better.

I sent another email this morning. I am still pretty upset at this. After trying the new bottle it is about the same as the old bottle. I guess maybe I am whining but something drastic has changed with their liquid. This is the e-mail I sent this morning and he reply I got. I will keep everyone advised on the situation: Brian Carter <bcartervol98@gmail.com> 8:04 AM (2 hours ago) to Jared Jared I am not a happy customer. I am not looking for anything but as a business owner myself I thought it best to let you know my problem and why I most likely will not order from Fuzion again. I have literally tried hundreds of flavors and haven't found one I like as much as your Endless Summer, or even half as much. It WAS awesome. I say was because the last 30ml I received smelled different, was completely clear, and nowhere near the same. I emailed you about it and you said it would darken and get better with steeping. I have been steeping it for almost a month, lid off, shaking it every day etc... The only thing that has happened is the liquid has gotten cloudy and tastes the same. I made the mistake of ordering a $55 bottle thinking it was just a bad batch since I literally have had several very consistent bottles in a row. It is no different. Something has changed since I got the "We have lowered our prices" e-mail. The recent inconsistency at Fuzion has been a fairly hot topic in the forums I am on and I think most would rather pay the old price to get the old quality. Disappointed, Brian Carter Jared Davis 8:45 AM (1 hour ago) to me Brian, After reading this email, I’m very upset that you didn’t receive the product you are use to. I spoke with the Lab Manager and I asked him before the rest of the Lab Crew comes in to mix your order for you. He is currently doing that now. After looking at your order history, I see that you have been ordering almost religiously for the past three months, and we do value our customers. I refunded you for that order, you have every right to be frustrated and upset, I’m personally pretty upset that you haven’t gotten the product you’re used to. As someone who really is a FuZionhead and supports us, my job is to help resolve these issues. So if this doesn’t resolve the flavor issue, please email me back right away and I will definitely speak with the Lab Director personally. If there is anything else I can do for you please don’t hesitate to email me back Brian.

I have the standard case and now carry 1 1300mah Spinner, 1 charged 18650, 4 KPT 2s, a couple dozen QTips, and 2 coils at all times. The charger is the kicker for me so I bought one for work and several for home so I didn't have to carry one everywhere.

People are always looking for the scented candle in my office and wondering what scent it is.

Well still no response to my second email to Jared but the bottle that just came in is good just like all before with the exception of the last one. Just to be clear the one bottle that is off is still better than anything I have tried anywhere else just different and not as much to my liking as the others before it. I'm not bashing Fuzion just wondering if anyone else had noticed a change. I agree about customer service. Not to brag but that's the only reason my dealership is top in our zone in both sales and CSI (customer satisfaction index from surveys) and the one across town is not in the top 20 in either.

I would never advise someone without a nicotine addiction to form one. With that said, I think it is up to each individual over the age of 18 to make their own decision. Being 43 and smoking a pack and a half a day for over 27 years I see vaping as a way to save my life. I enjoy not smoking, but not so much vaping. I wish I had the willpower to overcome my nicotine addiction as my preference would be to do neither. Nicotine in low doses like we get is much less harmful than smoking but in no way is "without harm" as for me, personally, it is the only thing I have ever done that has this kind of grip on me. In college and for a few years after I did at least 1/4 oz of cocaine every day. I could afford it, I didn't see the harm. I decided I wanted to quit and did with very little withdrawal. I couldn't do that with nicotine. Outside Heroin and Meth there are few drugs I havent done, but none were as physically and psychologically addictive as nicotine. If I am ever harsh on a non smoker that wants to pick up vaping, and I do not think I ever have been, it is because of how utterly and completely addictive nicotine is even for those that do not have addictive personalities. In the end, however, it is up to each individual to choose their path and can only give advice. Everyone's choice is their own to live with. in the narrow scope of vaping vs. smoking, obviously I would rather see someone start vaping as opposed to smoking but in either case, they are building an addiction that will be very hard to overcome and I would advise against it personally.

I get that there can be some variance especially when the liquids are not necessarily "made to order". I literally like this flavor twice as much as any other, that is what has me pissed off lol. I ordered a 120ml just last week (While thinking this was just a new batch that needed to be steeped) that should arrive today or tomorrow and I am interested to see if it is the same as the other 8-9 bottles that were perfect or the same as the most recent one I got. I mean, its still good it doesn't taste like a turd now or anything haha. Its just missing something. Its just almost too coincidental that the first order I receive after getting a "We have found a way to lower our prices" e-mail is this way. Not sure, but still not very happy about it. Again hopefully it was just a bad batch not the new norm. I can accept that. Still waiting on a response to my second e-mail about how steeping it has done no good and it has not darkened at all only gotten cloudy. If the 120ml bottle is the same way and I do not get some sort of compensation I will be very pissed.

PG and Nic % are the main contributing factors to get a strong throat hit. When I wanted a throat hit I always vaped 70-pg-30vg or even at times 80pg-20vg 24mg nic. Now I am completely opposite and have mostly 50-70%VG liquids in my arsenal.
-
I mean I have had 7-8 bottles spanning several months that were all 100% the same. I hope it is just an anomaly I do not want to have to search for a new favorite supplier.
-
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. After trying literally hundreds of flavors their Endless Summer is my favorite by a wide margin. Been through 7-8 30ml bottles since trying it. The liquid has always had a slightly yellow hue when it came in that quickly darkened to a deep yellow over a few days. I have never steeped or felt I needed to with their flavors. Fast forward to my last order of it I received. It arrived very clear with no color to it at all and tastes different. I emailed Jared and he said it was normal and should darken with steeping but after 2 weeks of steeping the only thing that has happened is that instead of clear it is cloudy and still tastes off. Anyone else that are Fuzion regulars notice a difference lately? I would probably have just written it off to a bad batch except for an email a while back that said they were lowering their prices. It made me wonder if they changed their base in some way. I ordered another bottle and sent another email letting them know something is definitely amiss with this particular batch.

Endless Summer and it's not close

Funny how inconsistent coils are from the factory. Genuine Kanger coils rarely read the resistance they say. I have only had 2 out of probably 50 1.8ohm coils read below 2.0. Most read 2.0-2.1. When I use a 2.2 they always seem to read 2.4-2.5 and when I use a 2.5 it is almost always spot on. Is it easier to hit the higher resistance than the lower when they build the coils, or is there an imperfection in the coil resistance reading abilities of an APV? It has been a LONG time since I used less than the ones labeled 1.8ohm. I regularly vape at 7w unless the coil reads above 2.0 when I go to 7.5 and at 2.3 and above I go to 8 or 8.5w.

I absolutely refuse to charge a battery any other way than a wall outlet. Maybe it is not correct, and I am not an electrician, but I think it adds a layer of safety to the charging process. The way these things are mass produced, even the good ones, I think it is better. Every story I have read about a battery exploding have one thing in common; they were either being charged on a computer or in a vehicle. I rarely have to charge Ego batteries any more unless it is just topping them off. Its a lot easier to always have plenty charged rotating between 6 18650s lol. My wife however usually has 2-3 charging all the time at home since she uses mostly the 650mah designer Egos that are most likely knockoffs. Even when charging them in the wall we use a cooking pot to put them in just in case. Better safe than sorry!

Steeping is not a "have to" with any flavors. Some are fine out of the box. I steep all VapeDudes and ECBlends flavors now that I have seen the difference. I never before steeped Fuzion flavors. I am pretty sure they make them in batches and have never seen a steeping recommendation nor the claim they are made to order in any of their info. My absolute favorite flavor, one I vape as much of as every other flavor combined, is their Endless Summer. It always comes in with a slight yellow color and it darkens over time. The last bottle I got was clear as water. I e-mailed them and they said thats the fresh batch and it needs to steep at least a couple weeks. I am using it as it is not bad, but not as good as usual. I ordered 120ml that shipped yesterday and am hoping it is from an older batch lol. If not to the steeping shelf it goes.

How much do you go through a day?

I read it as Ego lol, just thought it was another "Loose vs Lose" situation. -

My 1300mah Spinners lasted me about a day or a little more, roughly the same as the 18650s I use now in my Vamo. -
I traded 5 used Davide Minis for 2 new KPT 2s. Still have 5 Davide minis, not knocking them but vastly prefer the KPT 2 lol. I will use the Davides to try new flavors and whenever I want to use my small batteries like at parties, eating out, caves (lol) etc....

Based on the picture I saw in another thread you are using some version of the CE4 and it is disposable. You can try and clean it but the heads cannot be replaced and once it is done, its done.
-
I feel the same way! I am up to 6 now and they are all in rotation. Most dependable of all those I have used as far as total lack of problems.

Bump Everytime You Buy Something New
bcartervol98 replied to blucavvy's topic in General Vaping Discussion
120ml of Endless Summer going through the 30s too quickly. Definitely has become an all day vape. Sometimes 2-3 days without changing flavors. -
I mix it up a lot and keep 5-6 KPT 2s in rotation and generally I end up changing the coil about every 6-7 tankfuls. Hard to quantify that in a number of days since sometimes I will vape one flavor for two days and sometimes I switch 5-6 times. I am sure they would last longer but as cheap as they are I change as soon as the flavor no longer tastes "fresh" if that makes sense. I then soak and clean the old ones and toss them in a glass for hard times lol. Probably a couple hundred in the glass now it's almost full.
