Karma would happen after you forward it to the intended recipient and then e-mail Chuck and Dayna at Sweet-Vapes that you took care of their mistake. Just my 2 cents, but that is what I would do.

Support American Vendors. The only thing I have to add here.

The coils are the only thing in my vaping gear that I tighten as tight as i can get them. I was having this problem too and once I started tightening them more it fixed the issue.

This used to happen to me when I started out and were using cartomizers and smaller CE4 style tanks. With KPT2 and Davide Minis I have never had it happen once. I wouldnt worry about it and just be careful going forward.

I am still loving my Vamo V3 almost 6 months and still operates like new. Has withstood several drops. Only issue is every month or so I manually stretch the spring to hold the battery more snug because it will occasionally lose contact and shut off. Chrome has worn off a little but I think it gives it character lol. I will not buy another APV as long as this one is kicking, and when I do, it will most likely be another Vamo.

Yea foil is good to wrap around a fuse too when a pesky shorted wire starts blowing them. Burned a 76 Lemans to the ground with that trick lol.

Duct tape Bailing Wire JB Weld One stick of Juicy Fruit gum The above can fix anything. If that fails: Jack Daniels

Order Coils in your preferred resistance Then install the coil Then vape till your coil goes bad Reinstall a new coil and repeat Its not rocket science. Rebuilding and such is an advanced activity that I am not ready for especially when coils are around $1 and last a couple weeks. Learn the basics of Vaping, then move on a step at a time if you want to turn it into a hobby but I suggest taking a "crawl before you walk" approach. My 2 cents (again)

I do not do any dry burning, when a coil is gone its gone to me. I just pop in a new one. As far as cleaning the tanks I try to clean mine every couple weeks or when they start to look funky lol. I keep several in the rotation and they get cleaned on an as needed basis by a quick alcohol soak for about 15 minutes, a thorough rinse, and dry with QTips and reassemble and fill. I am sure at times I go a month between cleanings.

Never heard of it. Is it a cigalike? Those are mostly all the same with dozens of names.

Buy pre-made coils until you understand vaping basics. You are trying to go from riding a tricycle to flying an airplane without all the steps in between imo.

1.8 ohm coils will give a lot more vapor and be a much warmer vape than a 3.2. The 3.2 will be able to withstand a lot more voltage than the 1.8. The highest I have ever used is 2.5 and now only use 1.8s in some flavors and 2.2s in others.

3.2 ohm IS the resistance.

BRAND NEW to this and need a little help

From Sweet-Vapes Website: Version 5 has the V3 Vamo circuitry inside with the V2 body style, and removable top cap. It has 8 menu options, including RMS or Mean. You'll want it set to RMS for a better experience, it's set to mean from the factory. Version 4 has the V3 circuitry inside a V2 body style. The top cap around the ego/510 connection does not come off on V4, does on V5. I stand corrected, however am left wondering why they did this giving the V3 only runs in RMS mode or at least came with it set in RMS mode. I believe its the only mode it runs in. Anyone have any idea why they would say it contains V3 circuitry yet have this difference? -

V5 has V3 internal which should only run in RMS. You could have a V2 since I believe the V5 is "V3 on the inside and V2 on the outside". -
Who else vapes to avoid snacking?
bcartervol98 replied to ThatCarGuyDFW's topic in Polls and Questionnaires
Not so much for me, but there are other things that I do that induce snacking lol. I was born to snack! -
I haven't used a top coil unit in a very long time so could not answer this really. I used T2s the first month or so I started vaping, but have since only used BCCs (T3S, Davide Minis, and mostly now KPT2s).

I want an APV that is about the size of a 400mah Ego Mini that has all the features of my Vamo, is that too much to ask? LOL
-
Why does, with some flavors, the second half of a tank taste infinitely better than the first half? I have a couple flavors that when I refill the tank, it barely tastes like anything until about a half a tank then the flavor explodes. Is it the heating? Would this liquid be a good candidate for "heat steeping"?
-
No.
-
Everyone tastes things differently but I would describe it as a cross between apple and kiwi.
-
I have never had Dragons Crown but the Dragons Tear I like would best be described as a very sweet dragonfruit-strawberry mix with a creamy finish that enhances the longer you steep. Mine is almost too creamy at this point. I put the lid back on after a month to hopefully stifle it from steeping any more.
-
I find the Dragon Series to be very palatable right out of the box but only gets better with time. Flavor is great without steeping, but the creaminess really comes out at about the 2-3 week mark.

To VV or VW...that is the question....

Also on a spinner you do not know the true resistance. I find most 1.8ohm Kanger coils read 2.0-2.1 and most 2.2s read 2.3-2.5. The inconsistency of the resistance on coils makes wattage even that much more appealing to me personally.
