Hello, Could use some help/direction..
bcartervol98 replied to Bassna's topic in General Vaping Discussion
Everyone seems to be on an Aspire kick lol. For me, if it does not use KPT single coils I do not want it. No way I am doubling my coil expense when in my opinion single coils perform as good if not better. -
I would also go ahead and consult a copyright attorney and check. I have a feeling it would be infringement as well. Just say what it is, make it good, get people to try it and word of mouth is your best advertising not gimmicks like that (and this is coming from a car dealer lol) Directed at the companies that use these gimmicks, not OP obv.

If you are not swabbing out the shaft at every refill and checking to ensure your coil is finger tight at each refill then that could be your issue. When the rubber ring that keeps liquid fits snugly against the bottom of the shaft gets turned counter clockwise (like when taking off the base) it will sometimes loosen. I tighten mine as tight as I possibly can with my fingers and check at each fill.

Hardware: Sweet-Vapes, Veteran Vaper, DIscount Vaper in that order Liquid: Fuzion, Fadora, and ECBlends in that order My 2 cents -
I find it extremely unusual. I have 6 KPT 2s and 12 Davide Minis and all I use are 1.8ohm Kanger coils and after using probably 200+ coils in the last year I had one that leaked.

Bump when you get something in vape mail.

It has arrived! Love the design and seems to perform very well in comparison to V1. I cannot tell any difference between this and my Vamo. GO VOLS!!!! -
Weight Gain & Subsequent Weight Loss
bcartervol98 replied to bcartervol98's topic in Vaping Health & Safety
Tam WW is about the easiest thing on earth. You get x number of points per day and you can eat whatever you want so long as you do not exceed the points total. Some of my lowest point days so far were 3 drive thru meals just making good decisions. The app scans almost everything at the grocery and tracks everything for you as long as you log your food. You get extra points every week too for treats (bourbon) lol. Oh and all fruits and vegetables are 0 points. That's what makes it work for me. And for my wife she did it a couple years ago and lost over 40 lbs and kept it off. -
Pretty close between Dekang Turkish Blend and Denver Dusk from Vaporleaf (I think) Both were vile.

Bump Everytime You Buy Something New

Yep, have been on the e-mail notification list since they posted the pics. I have way too many batteries but not one in Orange! (Yes in my neck of the woods Orange is capitalized!) I only ordered one so I can see the color then I may order a few more if they are awesome. I do not do Mods and such. I have a Vamo but more often than not I opt for my Spinners or Evod VV. I like too the feature that shows battery life on the Spinner 2 based on the color of the light on the fire button. Thats about the only difference I can tell in the experience with an APV and a VV Ego Style Battery is the ability to know how much battery life you have left. With this my Ego collection is (for my wife and I both) (4) Vision Spinner 1300mah (4) Vision Spinner 650mah (2) Vision Spinner 900mah (2) Evod VV 1000mah (6) 650mah std ego batteries (Bedazzled pink, purple etc... for the wife she likes bling haha) (4) 1000mah VapeDudes Ego std (2) 400mah Ego Minis I prefer the bigger batteries because they fit nicely in my pocket at work without getting in a bind sideways, especially the Evod VVs. They are in my opinion the perfect pocket "work" battery. -

Been a while since I bought anything but ordered an Orange Vision Spinner 2 1600mah today from Sweet-Vapes. I hope it is the same orange as in the pictures (Tennessee Orange GO VOLS!) Will be my "Vol Navy" battery! -
And if you shut down internet sales it will not necessarily mean people will flock to B&Ms it would set vaping back years to the period when mixing with ketchup bottles in a bathtub were a regular very unsanitary practice. I think it comes down to the personality type of each individual. I rarely go to any store outside the grocery and mostly shop online for everything just for the convenience and savings. Some people want to touch, feel, try where others (like me) prefer to research then make the purchase in the most convenient and inexpensive way possible. On the flip side, who knows what my attitude would be had I started at a B&M. I had been vaping months when the first one opened. Now there are 5.

Also I understand when vapers say they "quit smoking" because we switched to a safer alternative. I have a different take. Quitting and staying quit cold turkey is one of the hardest things one can do. I do not think you can compare the switch to vaping with that accomplishment.

I think some people feel non smokers becoming addicted to nicotine (arguably more addictive than cocaine) hurt the cause to keep vaping legal and only sensibly regulated. I however support your choice as an adult. I choose to drink alcohol knowing it is detrimental same with other things. It is understandable for someone who kicked a 20 year habit drops tobacco and is working their way to 0 nic to take a tough love approach. For me to each their own and everyone (for now) has the right to choose to vape or not vape. Just be aware in no time you will be addicted to nicotine and will be the rest of your life like us former smokers that were stupid enough to start because it was cool. I have no plans to ever drop nicotine levels from 18 and occasionally 24mg. That's my journey and you have yours. We all do. Nicotine in and of itself is relatively harmless and very much like caffeine. I am addicted to both lol.

True but hundreds if not thousands don't know to ask. I am anti prohibition of anything reasonable and would hate to see something like that happen but I think it may be inevitable.

Threads like this scare me for the future of vaping legality. I would bet a lot of money that within 2 years mechanical mods and rebuildables will be a black market item. Geez I sound like my dad but why push the limits so much?

I agree both have their place it's up to the consumer. Personally my life is so busy that I barely have time to go to the bathroom. Between my sons swim team, being a scout leader, avid boater and all the while managing 80+ employees over multiple departments i just don't want to take time to go when I know what I like and get it brought to me at a fraction of the cost. I think the thing that makes me as "Anti B&M" as I am is I used to be in a vapers group in Facebook with thousands of members and the B&M owners adamantly supported banning online sales very vocally. Just thought I should explain myself since I am sure I come off extremely anti B&M.

Mechanical problem with e-go model
bcartervol98 replied to neilisgreen's topic in General Vaping Discussion
1.8ohm coil in a Davide Mini (single coil) is the best vape I have found personally, but everyone likes something different. Second would be KPT 2 single coil. You guys can have the dual coil stuff, I prefer to pay $1 a coil and they do everything I need plus no need to clean coils at that cost. -
I prepare ahead lol. My wife calls me "The King of Excess". I order coils when I get down to 5 boxes. When I pop the top on a 125ml of my liquid I order another immediately. If I do not have 7 or 8 fully charged batteries I feel unprepared. Reading it out loud, I may be OCD lol.

I have learned over the years that anything I cannot wait 2-3 days at the most is something I do not need lol.

Not only do I not buy from any B&M I do not even go there. There are 5 in my city, well now 6, and all are "decent" if one is not educated as to the offerings online or are too "old school" to feel comfortable ordering online they are not too bad I guess but for me it would be like going to the highest priced store to buy things when you can get the same thing cheaper with better service elsewhere. I do not mean to bash B&Ms but as a whole it is a flawed business model in that anyone can order items at the same cost and from the same places the B&Ms order from. For me, it boils down to convenience. I have very little time running the businesses I do. Also I am a "find what works and stick with it" guy. I do not and will not order from China, just a personal preference. I will pay a little more to support a US business but will never pay B&M prices or listen to their uneducated (for the most part) rhetoric unless forced by the government banning online sales. I get all my hardware from sweet-vapes.com and all my liquids from Fuzion and ECBlends. All American companies with storefronts but with great online presence and pricing.

The mini used to be 2.5ml (same as KPT 2) with the best flavor and vapor of any tank I have ever tried. They took KPT coils. Now it is 2ml, still bigger than KPT mini, but they take the Aspire BDC coils instead of KPT coils now and I am not a dual coil guy. I stocked up to 16 of them when they announced this. Discount Vapers had them for $8.99 which is a great bargain off the original $12.99.
