  1. Should try stealth vaping in a cave with year round 100% humidity while camping with scouts. The vapor just stays and stays.
  2. Hope to have more pics today on my way to the marina now lol.
  3. http://www.ecigadvanced.com/blog/will-we-be-our-own-downfall/
  4. Slabaroos! Finally found a lanyard that works with my Spinner 2s too haha. Put 88 filets in the freezer since April 1st heading back in the morning!
  5. Bourbon man here year round. I always have Woodford and Makers on hand with the occasional treat of Pappy when I can get it lol.
  6. No not right now IMO. It's not my personal feeling that cloud contests and vaping as a sport is dumb it's the perception it perpetuates in the public eye. It's like when people in Colorado were fighting for legalization of cannabis. The media did not talk about the doctors and businessmen and women lined up the first day it was the twenty something living in his dad's basement with dreads and a knit cap sitting in the park looking like, well a loser. When the media reports on vaping and they show someone sitting on a park bench blowing huge clouds or show a cloud chasing competition they do not show me, the average vaper that has used basic equipment to keep off analogs for two years. Vaping for sport WILL play almost as big a hand in us being regulated heavily as big tobaccos influence. And all the while shops, websites and forums seem happy to advance this culture instead of pointing out that we may be our own worst enemy. There are really only 3 or 4 sub forums I even am active on here anymore because the "cloud chasing culture" annoys me. I have been saying the same thing this article points out for at least a year and a half and most disagreed. Now there are articles from experts saying the same thing and I would hazard to guess the cloud chasing sub ohm will still be 90% of the posts. I am for anyone to do as they please but when it can have an adverse affect on my freedom I speak up. Just remember when you are grabbing a $8 cig alike as your only choice to ask yourself is vaping for sport was a good idea.
  7. 100% chance of rain and storms.....still headed to the cove after work lol.
  8. Luckily for me personally here in Tennessee we tend to take what California and New York do then do the opposite. I went into freak out mode long ago but realized prohibition has never worked effectively. Worst case scenario IMO is we pay a little more sin tax.
  9. Still have yet to spend a dime in a vape shop and a good friend owns one but they have what I have termed "Fogger games" and as I have told him I will not support a shop that does that. He is however the one that shared this article with me on Facebook so hopefully they will revoncentrate their focus to vaping as a smoking cessation technique not a sport!
  10. This article pretty much says what myself and a few others have been saying for a very long time. I could not agree more with this entire article: http://vapeaboutit.com/we-have-an-identity-problem/
  11. More into Wicked Tuna but used to watch it. Kind of ran its course for me.
  12. Short and sweet I basically vape where I want unless asked not to.I have read enough studies that show negligible levels of nicotine and really nothing else in second hand vapor that would be harmful. I mean I do not sit at my table in a family restaurant but I will go to the bathroom and take a few drags. My son is 10 and there are studies showing residual smoke from analogs on clothes and furnishings is as dangerous as second hand smoke. My sons allergy problems and cough disappeared almost overnight when we switched almost two years ago. We both vape in the car, openly at work at my desk and in our home and this freedom was a huge catalyst in the beginning that kept me going. My two cents.
  13. Really surprises me in California but very positive nonetheless! Where I live it's pretty much all positive feedback even businesses are supportive for the most part. More places than not that I frequent allow vaping although most are non smoking.
  14. Not what I am looking for but pretty cool. IPX4 is still not technically waterproof lol. Looks pretty cool though!
  15. Ok I thought vaping was making my poop smell worse but realized it always smelled that way but I didn't know it haha.
  16. Nope it's a lithium ion battery fireproof safety sack to put them in when charging.
  17. Agree with Earthling the same applies to laptop and tablet-cell phone batteries. I bought one of these and no longer worry about it http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B001O54XF8/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1428686009&sr=8-1&keywords=battery+charging+sack&pi=AC_SY200_QL40&dpPl=1&dpID=51LWR0Dm8vL&ref=plSrch
  18. If I could drop to 0 nic I would definitely quit vaping but that's not my plan. I may vape 18mg till the day I die. I like nicotine and like drinking coffee is for many, I see no downside. Just me.
  19. I spend about 115 a month on average on liquid and coils and am set on tanks and batteries for the foreseeable future maybe $800 spent total in hardware and over a 2 year period. That averages about $148 per month for two people, my wife and I both. That's a lot less than the $550ish a month we spent on cancer sticks! Never got the shiny itis I save that for my vehicles and boat haha.
  20. It's been 6 months or more since I bought anything but coils and liquid so it's been easy on my wallet but I keep it simple.
  21. I do not get mad I just tell them since I started vaping I have: Lost 61 lbs Normalized my BP and no longer am treated for hypertension Off anxiety meds except on the worst of days lol. Used to be 3 a day every day My son no longer coughs or has allergy problems My allergy problems disappeared My MD, dentist and every other health professional I know are supportive My monthly savings are over $400 There is more but they usually get the picture with half of these few benefits I have experienced. As I approach two years in a couple weeks I atill have yet to see a down side.
  22. Exactly the way I feel as I approach the 2 year mark in a couple weeks. A lot of us are in that same window lol. Funny how these posts are what remind me I rately think about it anymore. It's just the new "normal"! Congrats brotha!
