Unfortunately quality control can be lacking in ecig gear. No doubt about that. There may be other factors. Heat alters materials. Vaping habits - if you are a "chain vaper" you are generating a lot of heat especially if you are pushing 4v or more. I have found that "over washing" degrades coils quickly too, particularly wicks. It's probably enough to take tank apart, remove coil, blow thru coil, blow thru base with widest setting on airflow contril then dab dry base. Def pull spring loaded pin from 510 connection and dab out. There is a little well in there that collects juice. If you dont pull the pin even a new coil sits on top of this well and can prematurely gurgle

Well, in my opinion you are approaching the end of the coil life. Depending on the juice and how much you vape getting a week out of a coil is pretty good. The wick and coil degrades with use. Pretty soon the wick cannot retain the juice and it gets past the coil.

Replaced the old coil or put a new one in?

VaporDab supplies a lot of stuff. You're going to have to be more specific with a model number or a picture of the problem. I wouldnt use any charger not made for your battery. But tthat's just me. I like my face how it is now.

Yeah. Honestly I do not like carrying around the Nautilus at all. The minis work fine for on the go. But if I'm home relaxing in front of the game or something I'm all over the Nautilus. I find it to be a notch up in flavor and vapor.

It is really important to keep your batteries and chargers clean. When juice leaks on to your battery it ttransfers to your charger. All that gunk builds up and affects performance/charging not to mention rots your charger. Clean everything. The threads on your battery and tanks ARE the electrical connections. Keep em clean. Verify your voltage output on your battery with a meter as well.even with dirty contacts you shouldnt be getting that much taste unless your voltage is cranked up.

Yes. There are clearly very differing views on tthe Nautilus. For me, I dont quite get it because it's performing beautifully for me.

I have had my Nautilus for over a week now. I love this thing. I am now approaching about 15ml of juice on the same coil. I have not tried the dual coil Kanger so I can't compare the Aspire coil to that but I can definitely say the aspire dual coil puts out way more vapor than the single coil pro tank coil. The flavor was slightly diminishing at about the 12ml mark. I did a quick dry burn and it's back going strong again. I think it will last another 5ml before I need a coil change.(or a rebuild). Overall, it's way out performing my Kanger minis and anyvape davides minis. The minis are fine, I love them too, but for me the nautilus is def a favorite. I'm running the Nautilus on a Spinner around the low 4's.

Okay. I've been working with the Aspire Nautilus now for over a week and I've discovered a couple of things.... The Nautilus has a spring loaded pin at the 510 connection and it's pretty stiff. This makes your battery more susceptible to compression of the center pin. The other thing is if you are trying to load a new coil while it's mounted to your battery that little compression pin can make it difficult to seat the coil all the way which could lead to leaks.

Usually it is a slight defect or bend in the coil. I have successfully taken a needle and adjusted the coil position in the housing and got them to work. Sometimes the coil is just out of position and making contact with housing. You might be able to save the coil by simply repositioning the coil slightly. Glad it worked out.

I should clarify that it does have the CE conformity label, but not a manufacturing label

Well, my charger is nothing special. Not even marked which tells me it's a generic Chinese made. It's def not junk seems well made but I'm sure I bought it at SweetVapes or DV.

Well, the only way juice can get to the airflow holes is thru the coil. That is, thru the base of the coil because it's not seated well or thru the coil itself and past the wicks. Has to be one of three things: 1. Bad coil 2. Coil not seated firmly in base 3. Worn coil/old wick
