  1. Pg and vg do not burn, they vaporize. Flavorings and other byproducts of vaporizing do leave deposits that crystalize and then eventually burn during vaporizing on an old coil. The ratio of pg/vg does effect how much wattage or power a juice can take however the bigger factor is the coil and wick set up. Obviously a thicker juice may require more wattage to vaporize than a thinner juice but there are a few variables that make any attempt at quantifying it impractical.
  2. The term " nicotine juice" is far too colloquial IMO. It does not acurately describe what it is. "Juice" implies that it has a flavor or is a finished product which it is not. "Base" is the more acceptable term. It is a chemistry term that fully tells you what it is. You are looking for a nicotine base. The chemical nicotine is suspended in a base liquid to dilute it. That base can be made of pg, vg, or some combination of the two although most mixers prefer a single component base. The nicotine content is measured in mg/ml So a 60mg base has 60 milligrams of nic suspended in each millilitre of base. A 10 millilitre bottle of 60mg base contains 600 mg of nicotine total. This is why you need to dilute it with flavorings and pg or vg. Are you with me so far?
  3. I dont know what you've been researching but the fact that you are calling it "nicotine juice" tells me you haven't been researching reliable resources. Sorry to be so frank. But before we go further in this thread you should move over to the DIY section and read up further and repost your questions after you have a basic understanding of the terms.
  4. Shadow Researching "mixing" is way ahead of where you need to be researching right now. From your questions you do not understand the basics of the chemicals that you will be dealing with. I would first fully research the following: What pg is what vg is what flavoring is what nicotine is what a "base" is as applies to eliquid what a milligram is (mg) What a millilitre is (ml) How they are measured
  5. I appreciate your struggle to quit your last couple of analogs and I wish you luck on your quest to finally get off of smoking but I have one bone to pick with you and that is your use of the word "overdose". You may have a sensitivity or allergy to nicotine or some complex problem with nicotine use and some other health factors leading to your symptoms but you are nowhere near "overdose" levels of nicotine. You are probably using 1/20 or 1/30 of the amount of nicotine that is commonly used by anyone smoking or vaping and that is well below any levels approaching "overdose". Toxicity with nicotine is a serious matter but this is not what you are dealing with here. Good luck on your quest.
  6. I don't know what to say about it other than I have experienced similar problems with inconsistent coils. Lately it has been better and more consistent but I definitely have experienced premature failure of coils lasting only a few days. The single coil Kangers may be a thing of the past for me though. I have dozens and dozens of them and they are easy to rebuild and always outperform the original builds. But I am so impressed with the nautilus dual coils and with the mini nautilus coming as well as the new Joyetec the bar seems to be raised for performance and I see the single coil Kangers slipping in to "back ups" mode.
  7. Yep. I swear the first time I charged it it charged all the way through. I don't know what I did or why. I have 2 now and they both do not fully charge in one cycle.
  8. Holy crap that is awesome!
  9. FADORA HAS NECTARINE!?!?!? *salivating*
  10. It should have come with an atomizer which has a tip. If it didnt, dont worry about it since you are probably just going to be using your tanks. Vape away! ( and let us know what you think)
  11. Okay. I tried leaving it on charge overnight. Did nothing. Battery shuts off in the "blue" cycle. Does not charge further until disconnected and reconnected. I tried dialing spinner to 4.8 position before charging. It did absolutely nothing. Someone on ecf reported this worked for him. It did not for me.
  12. Awesome. It only gets better! Congratulations.
  13. Dry burning is effective in cleaning the coil to get better perfornance from a coil. You can dry burn with a silica wick in the coil however it is more effective to remove the wick, dry burn then replace the wick with a fresh piece. It is easier than it seems.
  14. Awesome Can you list out the vendors and flavors you rec'd? Thanks
  15. How To Rebuild A KPT Head -
  16. If you are burnng nautilus coils in a few days then there is probably no hope for you. You could switch to pro tank coils. Those are crazy easy to rebuild and the tutorial is right here on VT.
  17. Truth is I dont mind paying for quality. I buy PT coils left and right. But, I am so impressed with the Nautilus dual coils. I'm going on 3 weeks something like that on my first coil. Im not vaping it exclusively but I've put a ton of juice through this thing and its still kicking...
  18. Me too.....but it is yet ANOTHER type of coil to get...
  19. Well by now you should be stretched out on the beach with your MM and endless summer. How's the weather Beach Boy?
