  1. I do what Walt does. I use a wide bore tip and I don't get my lips or tongue in front of the vapor. I bite the tip and get my tongue out of the way hehe....
  2. Check the center pin on you vapor flask. The 510 pin on tanks can vary slightly so it may just be barely touching or something.
  3. I went from 18 nic to 3 nic my 1st year and it's been great. After 4 years the wife has decided to quit so I'm helping her with that. I don't expect her to go cold turkey but she's stoked we've been off for 4 years and her time to quit The good news - no pressure on me and I'm not quitting any time soon. I'm toying with the idea of 0 nic though.
  4. You panic and hit the brakes...
  5. Welcome Mar! Glad you found vaping! Good luck
  6. Well you gave me quite a chuckle this morning, Mar. The captioning makes this video! Keep vaping!
  7. I don't know if I can help you. I've never been able to all day vape fruit flavors. I totally enjoy them as a short switch, but they quickly cloy on me. I've tried using a little sweetner in my mixes. No success there. And I despise overly sweet store bought juices. Even things like root beer and licorice I love but only for a few short stretches to break up the day once in a while. I've had some success mixing a tiny bit of fruit with other more savory flavors. But it has to be only a hint. This was most true when I was still vaping tobacco flavors. Ive grown to appreciate more subtle savory flavors for my ADV. Coffees, caramels, vanillas, nutty flavors. For me they stay more constant throughout the days.
  8. Try increasing your airflow, and I mean try "burning off" the excess juice with more powerful air pulls. You dont even have to inhale it. Just fire it and give it some strong pulls and after a few pulls it should smooth out and stop spitting. Increasing the power slightly might help If that doesn't help, then it's your juice.
  9. @smacksy wow. I remember when they were a steal at $25
  10. @Walt - I am complete opposite lol My mixes are delicately spooned into ancient handmade carafes and lightly paddled by just the dangling toes of cherubs who's feet have been bathed in holy water, and all in a relaxing stone chamber with Zamfir playfully mouthing his pan flute. Ok, I may be exaggerating a little. Still I like paddling my mixes lightly in a high ball glass with a butter knife then transfer to a warm bath. They emerge 10 minutes later fully integrated and once cooled, ready to vape. They seem to be slightly more flavorful after a week but I'm not sure beyond that .....
  11. Peanut butter cup deliciousness. Note to self: March juice budget - $0.
  12. What exact batteries are you using? i don't see a charging port on the device. How are you charging the batteries? Does your battery charger show that your batteries are taking a charge? Have you tried other batteries?
  13. I've got 2 cents too. I think it depends on your airflow. You don't want to smother the wraps. Cotton underneath is fine if it doesn't contact the coil. But not too much. In an RDA with side airflow you want the air to circulate the coil. Same with bottom airflow. I think there is something to be said about too much cotton below the coil. It kind of counters the wicking action if the juice wants to migrate away from the coil. I think it really depends on the design of the deck and the proximity of the airflow source.
  14. Sounds peaceful. Whelp, guitar's all tucked in, and the DAW is shut down for the night. I'll leave you to the whisper of cooling fans .... I have to get you to record a track of that piano someday so we can collaborate on a VT soundtrack. That would be fun. I hope you're still playing.
  15. High wattage doesn't have to be hot. It can be but it doesn't follow absolutely. It's kinda like this. It takes a lot more power to heat up multiple coils or large coils with thick wire to the same temperature as a smaller thin little wispy coil. It's a numbers game. Much like it only takes 105 horsepower engine to move a Volkswagen along the road but you need 2,000 HP to even get a dump truck rolling. So as far as temperature goes you can't really compare coils like that. Same way you can't compare Horsepower to speed in every case. I'll bet you could beat a dump truck off the line in your little Volkswagen. But put a trailer full of cement on the back of your Volkswagen and you aren't going nowhere, lol. It's not a completely accurate analogy, but you get the picture.
  16. Now I am consuming - I MEAN CONSUMING - a bottle of delicious french vanilla cupcake... ...and I made it! My best so far "mix"
