I just noticed you weren't getting the vapor you could be getting out of that setup and comps juice. I get a lot more vapor (and likely flavor) out of my own builds than stock coils. Or.... Maybe I've put my foot in my mouth....are you using comps coils?

Hehe.... Tam I just spun a small piece of absorbent paper towel and snaked it. Worked great until I can get to the store for some pipe cleaners..... Another point on airflow because I've run across this with pro tanks - not all threads on different batteries are standard and I have noticed on a couple of batteries that after attaching the pro tank and compressing the coil that the threads will sometimes conflict with the air holes. I've also run across knock off tanks that are not drilled in the same place and you get conflicts. I solved all that by slightly drilling out my air holes and works like a charm now. Check for those conflicts in case that's your problem too. I'm convinced that the tolerances for manufacturing these dang things not what I'm used to in the engineering field.

Just a follow up I recently made another stupid discovery in the zonexof flavor and taste. A real forehead smacker. I almost exclusively rebuild my protank coils. Once I have wound a coil I put through several cycles of cotton replacement. I don't necessarily rebuild my coils every time. I pull the old wick (cotton), dry burn and dust it off and rewick with fresh cotton. Been working really well. Get superior flavor and vapor production over stock coils. But a little something was nagging at me. I felt the flavor was a little lacking. Proper airflow was key as mentioned earlier. But in my latest batch of rebuilds, something was still bugging me....and I finally figured it out. (Insert forehead slap) My chimneys were dirty. (top section of protank coils) I never noticed this. The unseen build up was incredible. In some case there was gunk halfway closing the chanel. Holy cow. I did a thorough cleaning of the chimneys on my latest builds. BINGO!! All is good in the world. I can't believe I missed this earlier. Dramatic change in flavor. Once more I have proven I am the vaping idiot!! Sweep your chimneys!

Agreed. ^^^ And you'll find as your coil ages flavor diminishes and you'll need to crank up the power to get that back until you can swap out the coil.

Well I somewhat agree with you Jon. The fact is those in "authoritative" positions are going to be ultra conservative before they commit. But the voice of the people should count! Testify, my friend. This is the way of all grass roots changes, those that aren't totally squashed, that is.

Is the juice thin/runny? CE5 doesn't have the greatest reputation but in all likelihood, if you got it at a gas station, it's probably a knock off.

Push both buttons at same time to reset it. Then reset the voltage to 3.7 See if that helps

I dunno...seems awful fishy. This could be a case of premature reporting. There are NO specifics in this article. NONE. Right now this article is being used to push an agenda and nothing else. I cant imagine how this could be, even. The child was 1 year old. How does a child that small even ingest enough nicotine to harm them? What are the circumstances around how a child that small and unsupervised ingests nicotine? And in what form? Do you know how nasty that stuff tastes? Sounds suspicious to me....

Not really. One girl came over asking how to work the blue cig. (They had a sticker over the air path that had to be removed). I asked her if she had tried one before. She said not really but she was thinking about it. Said some of her friends were doing it. I'll let them do the work. I showed her my KPT2 mini on my spinner. She was impressed with the vapor. But the blue cig turned out to be menthol so she didn't stick with it. Honestly, I only saw a few people smoking all night. There were two tables of vapers the few times I went out. Later in the evening people just started vaping without going outside, lol. There was a little alcohol involved but nobody objected. Naw, it was mostly about socializing and meeting people.

Oddly enough, the vapers out numbered the smokers! No joke.

Went to my wife's company Xmas party last night. Great party. They had set up a "smoking section" just outside the venue on a deck. There were several tables, each set up with a cigar-like box that contained a couple of cigars, a pack of ciggys and .........several "Blue cigs". Pretty funny, huh?

I've looked in to this as far as I'm willing. I think it's bogus. Not that you can't put caffeine in e juice, but that you can't get enough of it to amount to anything. And even if you did its effect would be so short lived as to mean practically nothing. Stick to coffee or red bull.

The "ceramic" issue is another one of these "scares" that pop up now and again. My personal opinion about it is that there is some logic to the idea that it is bad for you. However, there is no evidence that this is actually an issue. It is a theory. I personally believe that inhaling tobacco is far worse. And I try to follow some simple guidelines. I change or rebuild my coils often. I vape in moderation, not to excess, if I see any breakdown in materials or any degradation, I junk it. I try to minimize any perceived drop in quality - if it doesn't feel right, I fix it or abandon it. That's just the way I look at it.

I really enjoy having a couple fixed V batteries. I have a couple 900mah 3.7 ego T's and I just bought a stubby 1300mah ego. Same width as original spinner but shorter (no VV). There are lots of times where I want smaller and simpler
