Me too. I see it more and more everyday. Just last week a lady pulled out an ego in the middle of a mexican restaurant. Nobody said a word. Last time I flew, Vaped 80/20 discreetly right on the plane 5 hour flight no problems. I just turned 3 hardcore smokers over in last 2 weeks. We have it pretty easy here but there are def some no no places.

Okay I found a site, prob not the original report but exerpts from it. The purpose for the test was to show that the liquid causes a breakdown of immune functions on totally healthy cells extracted from the pathways leading to lungs in totally healthy children. Duh... Of course, introduce anything to a totally healthy cell and it could have negative impacts. But the study goes on to say it reduces the cells function for resisting infection - and they only tested it on a cold virus- there is nothing in the study that suggests any comparison to smoking or the extent of the damage beyond a reduction in immunity in totally healthy cells. Well, ok....

Nicassure is an inhaler shaped like a ciggy. Appears to be strict nicotine only delivery system. No vapor. No coils. No tanks or juice. Just pressurized nic in some kind of aerosol but I can't find out the contents. Probably similar to an asthma inhaler. I dont know how far it goes to simulating smoking though. Sounds like more of a one or two puffs device just to deliver nic. Im sure it works for some.

The main proponent of the anti-vaping information on the website is a PsyD. (doctor of psychology). This is a known branch of psychology that promotes drug therapy. Again, big pharma raises it's ugly head..

The first thing to note is that on Dr Chu's website (the doctor who did the study i have not found yet) the website actively promotes drug therapy for quitting smoking.

Did you notice anywhere a link to the actual study done? It's interesting that she used the term "liquid" and not "vapor". Im going to see if I can find more about this but it is no secret the major networks are pawns in this war and being used to promote propaganda in this arena.

Your question is a little unclear. So I'm just asking for a little clarification. A short is when you have a direct no resistance connection between positive and ground. This is different than "no connection" at all. In both cases the coil wont fire. The coil can short directly to the deck. It can also short to the housing if the coil is out of position. It can also be too low to the deck and that can also cause a misfire or no fire. One of the legs can short to the deck if not trimmed properly. You mention both standard ohm (above 1.0 ohm) and sub ohm (below 1.0 ohm) coils. But you don't specify whether you are building micro coils (where the coils are "fused" together). If it is a micro coil then they have to built correctly to perform correctly and read proper resistance. If it is a standard coil where the coils are separated but then they end up touching each other you can get weird resistance readings, hot spots, coil failure etc. You can also get weird readings if your post screws are not making solid connections. You can also get weird readings and shorts if your coil is swamped. There are many variables. Can you tell me more about what you are trying to solve? What your symptoms are?

Your volt meter will read 0 resistance. Did you mean grounding out on the deck?

It is the carmelized residue from your juice. The byproducts of heating the juice and flavorings. It builds up on your coils and flakes off, especially if you do the water dunk. You should try and clean it off as much as possible. This where the burnt taste comes from on a bad coil.

It took 24mg for me. Once I started vaping I was done smoking but I believe my success was due to the extra nic. Couldn't hurt to try it out. I vaped 24 for about 2 months or so then cut back to 18 and hung there for a few months. Then i dropped to 12 and stayed there for a while. Eventually down to 6. It's probably not making good connection with the coil in the tank. Adjust the center pin in the coil out a tad or the center post in the connection on the Itaste.

Each coil has to measure 2.0 to get a 1.0 ohm reading when they are doubled. The resistance is cut in half. How many wraps are you doing per coil and what is the reading you are getting?

It's not done til the light turns solid green If he's running it at 4.3v it's going to discharge faster. I don't know what the mah rating is on those batteries but he's likely just using it up or not fully charging it to begin with

I almost woke the wife was laughing so hard.... I have had different experiences aging juices ( aging, aging, repeat aging - if I forget and write steeping in what I'm about to write, take pity on this old man, haha). A whole heap o' my juice ain't never saw a better day after months of agin' ( sorry, I been watchin' a LOT of westerns lately) , in fact it's still aging in some landfill somewhere I'm a shore. Ain't none the better and it needed killin'. Some improved with agin' but as someone quicker on the draw said plain, it don't last but a couple weeks anyway. Had a few back in '13 that aged them selfs in to a mess you wouldn't serve to the fly on the horses *** a varmint rode in to town on. And that's the truth.

Just finished up a youtube binge of the rifleman (one of my favorites as a kid. I so wanted to be chuck connors) Well I don't know how I ever missed it but The Gunfighter was awesome. This western us right in my wheelhouse. What, were there 2 shots fired in the whole movie? The best westerns are about characters and this one was fine. It was a treat to see Richard Jaeckel in an early role and even a double surprise to watch the whole movie before I realized Skip Homeier was the young gunfighter. 16 years later he would be the leader of the hippie clan that commandeers the USS Enterprise in ST TOS. Great movie.

Love that movie Joejoe. It's really on the outskirts of being a western but have you guys seen Bad Day at Black Rock? Love Spencer Tracy in this movie and the supporting cast, including Earnest Borgnine is outstanding. I'm a really get tin' the itch to change my avatar now....
