What you describe is essentially a round wound guitar string, no? Is it as tightly wound as a guitar string would be? In other words does the wrapped wire completely hide the core? Interesting concept, although, the majority of vapor produced is produced by the "barrel" of the coil heating the wick core, not the wire itself in any coil. But it sounds like a nice enhancement of a standard coil. Send pics.

In two years of vaping you are the first I've heard complain of this. Smoking has always been bad for teeth and gums. I am assuming you have a history of smoking. I can't imagine why or how vaping is the source of your problems. You should go see a doctor (dentist).

More vg usually means smoother, less harsh to me. Flavor can seem a little muted. Doesnt make me cough. My "smokers cough" disappeared a long time ago. U might have a bug or something which will also affect flavor. MM isn't one of my favs from them. I prefer "derailed" myself.
