  1. I didn't hate it! I guess that's a good sign.... Looks like it's just going to slow burn which is fine with me. Did not love the drug addict character but let's hope a little zombie action sobers him up.
  2. Wow. A little harsh on Kanger because no wick in your coil? This just doesn't add up...sorry
  3. Post a new topic in the eliquid section of the forum exlaining you are looking for suggestions for a tobacco flavor. I have not vaped a tobacco flavored ejuice since I discovered a cappuccino flavor about 2 weeks in to vaping 2 1/2 years ago, lol. Now, I hate tobacco flavors so I'd be of no help. I vaped Liqua American blend for 2 weeks and it got me off cigs.
  4. Sorry. It used to be easier, lol You're going to have to do a little research on your own as it's just too much to cover in one post. Here are a coupke things you should know to get you started: There are some industry standards in place to allow the connection of various devices with each other. There are 3 particular areas of interest: - the tank or tank/atomizer (coil), -the battery or power source -and the juice itself. They can each be researched separately but in the case of the hardware (tanks and batteries) they are sometimes paired with each other even though they are cross compatible with other devices. There are some proprietery combinations that are not cross compatible (like cigavette). Harware manufacturers areare, generally, not concerned with liquid and vice versa. The iStick is a brand of power source. It does not include the tank or juice You should research these areas, browse websites like Vaportalk and ask specific questions here for advice. Good luck!
  5. In my opinion, the diacetyl scare is largely hysteria. It is a known avoidable risk but in my opinion the risk is still minimal when compared with smoking. I have read everything I could find on this subject and listened to all of dr Farsalino's lectures/inter views on it. (hours and hours of research). It's just my opinion. I consider it minimal risk and totally avoidable by your own choice of juices.
  6. Bu todays standard 1300mah ego is not that big. Plus, the Mega is fixed voltage output - you can't vary it to increase power. The Mega is 2 year old technology and it is not a cross compatible design. It was IMO a money grab aimed at a market at the time meant to lock people in to their device. A lot has changed since then. These days, the simple tank options like the Nautilus with a variable voltage battery like the Spinner or a high mah box mod like the iStick 30 or 50 are out performing all that stuff.
  7. This new brand may be an attempt to distance themselves from the diacetyl fiasco of a year ago. By the way SB was by no means the only offender, but probably the most popular one and therefore became the scapegoat. Their popularity fell off. I never did see anything about them correcting the flavors....
  8. I'll put in a plug too. I vamped 30mls of custard followed by 30 Mls of Monkey Spunk (custard with banana) and let's just say, I couldn't put it down till it was all gone.
  9. are these new suicide bunny flavors? I'll want to hear about those too.
  10. For tanks I use a couple of different ones depending on my situation. I like the kanger Pro tanks full size and mini. They use the same coils and they are easy to rebuild so I save a lot of money there and I get the added bonus of getting slightly better performance than a stock remade coil. This coil also fits the Evod tank and I used to use those as well but I have out grown them. The Evod tank is plastic and does not quite match the pro tanks. I also use the Aspire Nautilus mini. A great flavor tank but the coils are a little pricey but worth it. Great performance and vapor. All of the above are for situations where I want to be very portable or discreet when vaping. For high performance with a full rich vapor in situations where I am not restricted I use The Kanger Sub Tank Mini or the UD Zephyrus sub ohm tank. These are advanced tanks where I can custom build coils designed to create much more vapor and are true performers. They'd are a little more trouble but totally worth it. i also have a rebuildable dripping Atomizer called a Doge X2. High performance but it doesn't have a tank and you have to drip juice regularly directly on to the coils but you can build dual coils and really ramp up the performance. For power I use standard Ego batteries in various sizes made by Joytech or Vision. Some are fixed voltage and some are variable. I use those with the discreet tanks. for high performance, I use a Heatvape invader mini. This is a 50Watt variable device that takes separate batteries.
  11. Yes. It is the ground connection. The moral of the story is keep those threads clean........ On any tank.
  12. Ouch. They are refillable but it is not wotth the pain. They are not meant to be refillable so you basically have to take it apart and try to get it aback together again. Not recommended. Sorry to say that is basically an underperforming proprietary kit. Not great for mixing and matching. I think those are 808 cartridges so if you can find those anywhere you might have luck getting some 808 carts and filling those. I tried to verify it's an 808. Whenever it's that tough to find out I know I'm in trouble. I actually can't confirm it is. You our might want to consider dumping that rig and starting over with something that's more user friendly.
  13. Mine has been running really well for 3 months now. I've had no problems running it in normal or TC mode. however,.....(yeah, I know) .....just yesterday it shut itself off unexpectedly. It did it twice., but started right back up. Then this morning, I fired it up and the display screen was scrambled. Uh oh..... I pulled the battery and re fired it up. It's been working normally all day with no problems. My fingers are crossed....
  14. Right now the general consensus top three are sony vtc 4 or 5 samsung 25r LG HE2 or HG2 you want a high drain, high amp battery protected. IMR thats the short answer. It may be overkill for your usage but better to be safe. Don't fall for "deals" "specials" etc. spend the money.
  15. After you build your coil on your RDA and you mount your RDA on your ohm reader before putting it on your mod, what does the resistance read? That will give you your answer.
  16. maybe it's an optical illusion? It doesn't look like your wire is going straight from the coil to a solid contact point on the posts. It looks draped over the top. Hard to tell, looking closer.
  17. I think you have wire to post connectivity issues first.
  18. The first thing... You have your leads draped over the tops of screw. That's not good (on any bbuild) but particularly on Ni200. That's going to give you inconsistent contact and Ni hates that. Also, though I cant prove it and its just a theory, I believe the softness of Ni makes it move a little under current and heat. Again leading to inconsistent contact which TC hates. Also, you dont state anything about your mod and its settings. Please add that as well.
  19. I call BS No specifics all marketing hype. No information. This is aimed at the most gullible market and I will hold that position until I see facts, not red bull marketing BS. Sorry. The bop has spoken!
  20. Bush! you're awesome for doing this. Variety is the spice of life, and in that way we may have similar tastes. I look forward to every detail you post. Your review is thorough and thoughtful. Much appreciated. Don't feel rushed to get through all the flavors quickly. I will enjoy them vicariously, although, no doubt, I will plunk my money down on a few of them. Ahhhh.....I can almost taste the caramel popcorn now.....
  21. WTF??!! Yikes. That's all we need. More things to distract our driving... The first time somebody uses this and plows in to a crosswalk of kids. We're done. I would not want to ne the company liable for thus...
