If i understand you, something like a thermometer case. The cap would have to cover air holes. And youd never have to touch the e-cig. And if was soft case, you could use a membrane pad like cell phone covers use snd youd get your switch back....hmmmm

My first thought is some setup with an automatic battery so you eliminate the button. The vape dudes wagon rolled in today. Mocha Java 24 70/30 - great solid coffee flavor. Very happy with this one More pumpkin spice More strawberry fields Totally watermelon (naturals) - I'm mystified. This is by far the worst juice I have tasted to date from any vendor. It is sooooo bad I have to believe it is a total mistake. It tastes nothing like watermelon. Not only that but it is essentially flavorless with a sickly, oily, filmy after taste. I immediately stopped vaping it because it was so off it concerned me. And I bought 30ml of it. I double checked the bottle, my order, everything. It was interesting. Ii even went back to the vape dude site and re read the description. There are fifteen 5 star reviews and raves. Then I noticed the last review posted 6 days ago. 1 star and the guys description is exactly what I think. Bad batch? I don't know. Something's wrong here.

Pretty sure the popping is just the liquid "cooking" off the atomizer. I notice it more on a low resistance coil and I notice it more with higher PG liquids. I haven't noticed it associated with a leak or some other problem. The CE4 style clearos definitely did it more than my T2s. Ed- once you try the T2 I predict you won't go back. My name's Mike btw

You introduced them to this intense stimulating flavor and you switched it up on them and now they're pissed at you. Just let 'em chill out for a bit and they'll be happy again in a little bit. I think you should come up with something elegant and sophisticated. Im picturing something audrey hepburn. You know, something long and slender that vapes out the end just while you hold it. Think evening wear.. and it matches your pearls or diamonds. Lol Are we lacking bling in the vape world?

More correctly it's a model, not a brand. But it does represent a thread type, couple of them actually.

I suspect you will have a hard time finding exactly what is in the flavorings. Mostly because its proprietary. "Trade Secrets". You can only hope or trust that the FDA has done their homework. But a lot of things are approved for human consumption that may not in actual fact be "good for you". Take aspartame for example used as a sweetener in diet drinks. It's FDA approved but - we'll, google it when you have a few hours,lol A quality flavoring shouldn't be too bad. Natural extracts, sometimes some food dyes and some kind of base to suspend it all together. One of the DIY guys might have more info on this. But there is a significant amount of flavoring in a juice. I've seen upwards of 20%. It can't hurt to stay away from heavily dyed, perfumed, overly sweet juices. You have to remember we are consuming food products and not in a way intended by the manufacturers. Personally, I think more research needs to go in to this area for vaping to really come of age. Vaping has been done for years, apparently pretty safely. Be a smart consumer and know where your stuff comes from. This is my opinion and speculation and is not to be taken as pure fact
