By longer I'm assuming you mean the wick length. As long as the atomizer head is the same they will both work. The longer wicks will need less tipping to keep juice flow. Otherwise, no discernible difference that I can tell.

So the mini doesn't have a changeable mouth piece, right? The top part of the tank is one piece including the tip?

I carried my full case: 5 clearos, 2 extra batteries, and two small bottles of juice in my back pack. Passed through security with only a casual glance. (I think they are well informed about them). On the plane I vaped conservatively in my seat not flaunting it and nobody said a word. I also vaped in the restroom. It won't set off the alarms. I also vaped discreetly in the terminal away from others and never made any waves. I think if you are conservative and don't flaunt it you've got no problem. This is within the past month at San Francisco, Atlanta , Detroit, and Akron airport Edit: ironically, they made me throw out my small water bottle. Go figure

It's growing here in SF Bay Area. In the South Bay 3 months ago there were only 2 legit vape stores. There are now 6. I have been to all of them, they are always busy no matter what time you go. They are frequently out of popular items although the newest one is well stocked. The prices run about 20-30% higher than online across the boards but no shipping and waiting. Haha

I have checked a couple of times for atomizers but no joy. Looking for 306 or 510. But that is all I have looked for so far. Haven't really explored it much yet

Yeah! I mentioned it to a guy. He quickly brushed me off and said " I hate those things!" I said, "These things?" Holding up my rig, I took a drag and blew out a plume. "Try it." He looked a little puzzled. He took a respectable hit and his eyes widened.. "That tastes like a cigarette." He walked away like he didnt believe it. Later he came back to me asking more about it. I dont know if he's vaping, but I for sure know he's thinking about it.

Same here. Case has 2 batteries and 5 clearos - 2 different coffees, a bakery, and a fruit and a spearmint. I fill em up in the morning and through the day just rotate the clearos as desired. I dont like to vape 24mg all day like i used to either so with this method i can change nic levels as well. Some days I vape 1 or 2 all day. Other days I'll switch clearos all day long. Variety IS the spice if life

Yeah the cart is the portion of the blu cig that contains the juice. Its the "filter" end only and doest include the battery. They are prefilled. Im assuming you have an ego type battery. The thread on the battery is called "510" so it will fit.

Some local pharmacy might carry 510 Cartridges. I know where i live you can buy 5 pack of carts at walgreens, rite-aid etc. No need ti spring for whole rig.

Okay Irwink, I want to party with you. Not science for sure. Maybe not a good idea with 24mg either. I did one at 6mg and one at 12mg. I have an urge to put on "blinded by science" now

I believe the FDA was created by a well intentioned populace and a well intentioned administration. But they have been subject to false information, misinformation, outright lies, and corrupt influence their entire "life". And therefore they have made mistakes - and big ones. In an effort to regulate and protect consumers from potential devastating consequences (a noble goal and purpose for sure) they are prone to unfounded whim as well as deep deep pockets. Have you seen pharmaceutical commercials these days? The list of warnings and side effects on "approved" drugs is enough to question their practices. How about the ads for class-action suits? Not to mention what is "approved" in the way of what we consume as food products. It's a mess for sure. You think energy drinks are not aimed at kids? As to vaping, the FDA is going to be subject to the same whims, lies and corruption both social and political. They are going to make mistakes. They are going to act based on the influence of powerful lobbies, child advocate groups and Big Tobacco and that means unreasonable restrictions, high costs, sweeping legislature, and loss of what we perceive to be the freedoms we enjoy in the vaping community today. And it's probably going to significantly alter vaping as we know it within the next 2 years, if not sooner.

Sometimes I don't understand things and I think maybe I'm missing out on something. I don't see how you can have a 1.4 ohm coil and vape it at 4 volts and not fry everything in sight. I have been using 1.8 - 2.0 ohm coils and I can never seem to jack up the volts beyond 3.5 without getting a burn taste almost right away. But I like to do long slow pulls. Ad that brings up another question. Is there any easy way to measure the actual resistance in a coil with a basic ohm meter? I suppose I could check my battery output as well?

I guess I am sick, lol. 95 views and no takers. Has anyone actually ever pulled on two different tanks/clearos at the same time? Talk about vapor production. It's like a makeshift machine. Maybe it's not a wise practice? But it can't be producing any more vapor than one of the suped up mods, right? I hope I'm not encouraging bad behavior. Perhaps my analogy was offensive and not funny. If so, I apologize. Just say the word and I'll request removal.

Imedic It's possible the wicking action is TOO good. In other words the flow of juice is flooding the coil and then dripping in to the airway. The coil may not be tight enough, the ending too loose. Can you post a picture of one of your re-wicked coils? Keep in mind that there is a happy compromise in juice flow. It's not just about getting the fastest heaviest flow. If the wick is still pulling liquid when your not hitting it it only has one place to go; in to the airway

My prediction - this is gonna suck big time. Maybe Jeff can start a "Town Hall" thread where we can discuss what will unfold in the coming months. Can you imagine the black market that will emerge from this? I mean its not rocket science. Building a "home depot" vape will be easy. It's the juice is where they'll get you. Oh yeah, come on down, guys, and check it out. 1st Vapes on me, lol. I am pretty lucky and it seems to be growing. Another new shop opened up called Cool Vapes. That place has the stuff. A little mini tasting bar and a long display case with tons of stuff. That's where I got my Octopus. I have to go back there when I have more time. I'm really hoping the govm't stays out of this for a while ( I know, wishful thinking). I want these guys to do well. Hopefully any regulation won't strangle these little guys. But I fear it won't be long before the Gmen and big tobacco with their bankroll will steam roll the little guys and prices will soar and restrictions will makes these days now the "good ol' days".
