My first vaporizer was the Joytech ego-c. It was a standard ego c battery but had a funny plastic tank that you pierced with pointy atomizer. The tip was like one of those cigarillo things. Well, the flavor was awesome but the clouds were, meh. But the day that kit arrived I had a couple ciggys left in the pack. I put together that kit together and little did I know that would be the day of my last cigarette. Within the hour I threw that pack out and I never bought another one. That was almost 4 years ago. In a few months, I discovered the iClear 16 (CE4 style tank) and I ditched the cigarillo tip, kept the ego battery and was off to the races. It's been an incredible journey. I've made dozens of converts and paid forward most of my early gear, although, I'm sure if I dug deep enough I might find some derelict from the past. I still have some of my first year gear around somewhere in an old box. but this is what started it all...

In my opinion nic is a significant portion of throat hit. After that is higher pg levels. After that its flavorings. Citrus, mints,some fruits among others tend to produce more throat hit. Higher wattages tend to produce more throat hit but over doing it scorches the juice/cotton which gives a sort of unhealthy throat hit

Tootle puff is a term smacksy used to put other vapers down and elevate himself above the rest of us. It means to be satisfied with less than rediculous clouds on any equipment other than what he owned, lol.

Also, how old is the battery? How long have you been using it? Everything Ive seen on this problem points to a defective coil or not properly seated coil, or , an underrated or weak battery.

I'm assuming you already tried swapping out the coil for another one? And your sure the coil matches your tank? I've had ohm resistance fluctuate before but it seems a little high for a kanger Ni coil. What is the resistance rating written on the coil?

What exact battery are you using? (brand, amp rating, mah capacity) You said the battery icon was flashing. Is the battery icon solid? Or " hollow"?

I barely notice 2mg. 6mg I feel is pushing it for me on sub ohm. Its harsh ans slightly unpleasant if your used to 2 or 3.

Battery icon will be solid if it's fully charged.

Drop the wattage to 40w. Turn the temp to 200 or 220 Make sure coil is properly seated in base.

Tell me exactly what batteries you are using and also what tank you are using and what size/type of coil you have.

...not to mention, the different materials seem to have slight performance variations as well. I would applaud any efforts to simplify and codify TC in a guideline. It's not an easy task.

The beast looks good on it. Did they change the battery door on that? I have an older silver one and don't like the big sliding door. But it's a good mod. Come to think, maybe it's the D2 I have. I like that they're small and they fit the hand well.

What's your nic level? Prob the inly factor. But check with your doc...
