  1. Ha! Busted Think it's backward..."hardly working" is more like it..
  2. I get mine from DV which is awesome unless y'all got there 1st and he's out! Which happened when I wanted to buy my white spinner. So I got a blue one. Cuz y'al dont like blue for some reason...
  3. Yeah. Breaks my heart to see $140 spent with little to no chance of getting off the ciggys if thats what madmax wnts to do. It's important to me that people have success with vaping.
  4. Did anybody see "Gravity" yet? I saw it in 3D last weekend and it was awesome. A great roller coaster ride of a movie.
  5. Thanks Tam for filling in the gaps!
  6. Yeah, unfortunately you will have to invest in new gear but there is good news. It doesnt have to be outrageous if you know what to buy. You can keep your battery for now. It will last for a while Here's exactly what I woyld buy that will keep you happy for a while: Vision Spinner battery - $25 5 pack Kanger T2 clearomizers - $20 5 pack T2 coil heads - $7 After that you only have to buy the coil heads (heaters tou refer to) to replace a burnt out head. Each head should last you a solid week of heavy vaping if not more. You just take the T2 clearo apart and pull the old coil and replace it and vape on. The kind you have now, you can't replace the coil so you have to buy a whole new tank/clearo every week. There are more options - what I have given you is just a good start. Using the above I had my last cigarette April 9th
  7. The kit looks to be a knockoff 400mah with CE style clearos(2) and a charger Maybe you just needs help understanding how they work. I mean if you are really opposed to changing gear and want to make the best with what you have then my only advice would be to find your favorite flavor , tip that rig up when you hit it (keep the wick wet) , dont hit it back to back (chain vape) and change the top part (clearomizer) in about a week if you're lucky you'll need new clearomizers. You should know that those types of starter kits are considered a rip off because you could have done better for a little less money. I know that's not exactly what you want to hear. But if you are serious about vaping and upping your chances of having success then you should read up here and find out more. You've already spent $140. You could have a pretty killer set up for that.
  8. The only dripping atomizer I saw on Bucky's was the Boge LR 510. Its the one without prepunched holes. Sorry, couldn't link it for some reason
  9. I think those quantities would be hard to reach here unfortunately. Great deals though.
  10. That's a brilluant idea on the multi meter. I have an old one that has been replaced. I'm off to see what I can Frankenstein together. Sb - not sure what u mean by flavor spitting but sounds like your resistance is too low (for your battery which I believe is an ego vv. ) do you get lots of snap crackle pop when you fire it and you can feel the juice splashing up the tip? then I bet your resistance is too low (less than 1.6) You could possibly damage your battery trying coils without measuring them
  11. Which is funny because a cigarette could easily be described as a "drug delivery device" and now you see the problem they are up against. Virtually anything that is decided can easily be applied to the cigarette industry. Infact, if they dont ban flavors the cigarette industry can now come forward and lobby to create flavors. And unfortunately, we havnt had a government with politicians that have balls for a long time. Its the special interest groups that will have the most say in what occurs, not the politicians themselves or the governmental agencies. I will go as far as to say it is the FDA that is responsible for a lot of the woes we face today with food and drug products in this country. Everything in a 7-11 is approved by the FDA but is it actual food? Look at the list of "FDA approved" drugs that have become the subject of lawsuits and recalls. It's freakin rediculous *end rant because it's the weekend*
  12. Sbwilson Are you measuring the resistance of your coil before you try it? That is a vital clue to your mystery
  13. The only other thing I can think of that hasn't been mentioned yet is that juice makers will have to undergo some kind of certification/regulation with regard to producing consumables. Standards will be set, licensing, environmental impacts. The brunt of the cost will be to manufacturers and retailers getting set up. Many will fall out or go black market. And of course those costs will be passed on to us. Then, tack on exhorbitant sin taxes ( which will happen as it is classified as a "tobacco product" regardless of any actual tobacco content or not). I wouldnt be surprised to see juice double in cost to the average consumer and gear follow suit. This will be all about tax revenue. And one other downside: vaping will still not be marketed as a smoking cessation product, which is very unfortunate as that is one of it's greatest assets.
  14. Wow. Worked like a charm! I get it now. Be "one" with the davide ...or your wife
  15. When I get home, I will try this, master And if it works I may buy a couple more of them. I actually think they look better than the KP2
  16. Ok, I'll drop the hamfisted vape techniques and give it a shot. I can be Zen too As for the raise, you may not see it in actual $$ but what goes around, comes around, dear. See? You got me gettting all philisophical now.... *puts down hamfists*
  17. See, ladies and gentlemen. That's why they pay her the big bucks. Sheer brilliance in it's finesse. Are you saying I should drop techniques like "jam tip", lol
  18. Show me how? Here's what I do.. Invert tank. Tip at precise angle. Jam tip in vicinity of tiny hole. Squeeze gently. Clean up mess.
  19. I just have to second bcarter's post on muni davide vs PT2. After a couple of months of using both the mini daviide has fallen out of favor ONLY because it's more trouble to fill. It performs excellently, it's just that I get lazy and I don't always want to transfer the juice to a needle tip bottle. Without a needle tip it's a juice waster. I know, pretty nit picky but the KPT wins out just slightly
  20. Actually, Spydre, if you wouldnt mind posting those here that would be great
  21. Whats scarier is the ones that ARE approved, side effects and all
  22. Lol, i have so many batteries now that happened to me the other day. Bat went down, reached for the spare - flashing - Noooooooo!
  23. Welcome! And congrats for givin' up the cigs.
  24. The expression is centuries old..... 'bout time, ya think?
