Yeah, "hard hitting" usually means more "throat hit" (harshness) or more vapor volume, or the combination of the two. That means higher pg over vg or higher nicotine in the juice (throat hit) Or more power to the coil and higher vg over pg in juice. If your talking stock tanks and coils then it would follow that more voltage or variable voltage would be harder hitting but that is a function of the battery. It would follow that a dual coil tank would produce more But this is all dependent on the battery.

Yep, the new coil was a little longer (not compressed) I would suspect that tightening the tank to the beauty ring compressed the coil leading to minimal airflow. Either way, easy fix.

It's prob wicking TOO well. I'm assuming the leaking is out the bottom? If you can tighten up the cotton (more cotton within the coil) you can prob slow down wicking action. But the trade off is less juice which means less flavor and vapor.

Well, all I can say is you and your SO either do not understand or are trying to do something else because you Definitely CAN pull the pin out. It's part of how you rebuild coils. As I medic says, it's only press fit and the manufacturing tolerances are not that precise.

Im not sure I understand - its the same coil... The pin I am referring to is the bottom piece on the coil that is poking thru the bottom of the assembly.

Do the following: 1) raise the post on your battery a little 2) with your tank assembled, use a paper clip to rock the pin of the atomizer "out" a little bit so it hangs a little lower 3) screw the beauty ring down all the way then screw your tank on only until it makes contact with battery and it fires. Then, screw the beauty ring "up" to the base of the tank. Don't over tighten You should be good

You picked a good kit from veteran vape. Just stick with it and take your time and you'll make it. You will notice changes over time. Some of those changes may not feel good at first, like more coughing and anxiety over not having cigarettes. Just hang in there and it will get better. Remember to keep hydrated. I have an idea. Make sure he takes smaller hits. Then make sure he does less nicotine. And make sure he has a quality ejuice with lower nicotine and he takes smaller hits til he gets used to it.

All of the above.... .... and, you being a 2 1/2 packer a day smoker I would prob recommend 18mg or 24mg ejuice (nicotine strength). You are a chain smoker and nicotine levels and enjoyment of the juice flavor will be key in your success.

Lol. I dont have 3 jobs, thank the gods, unless you count vaping. Okay, i know you are using Spinners. You have stated that the draw or pull is normal without the battery connected. You have also said it tightens up when you screw your tank on. I need to know the exact tank you are using and if you are using a collar or "beauty ring"
