  1. I like everything comp said. I've done smaller mixes, less than 5 ml but it's tricky because you need to make enough to make it meaningful in a tank when you try it. This is where dripping comes in awful handy...
  2. Sounds like you're going to have to take it apart, wash it up. Get it as dry as you can. I used to use the iclear 16 a lot. These tanks like to be topped off regularly. And they do need to be tipped up. You might have to try a dry burn. Look it up on YouTube
  3. Lol I dont do cola. I tried one from Platinum Vapes that was pretty good. Very real. They also had a great root beer. It just never caught on wwith me. Too many flavors I liked better. It's not talked about much. Which is prob why the low response.
  4. Seriously. I think this whole thing is going to blow wide open in the next year. To me the only risk is a flood of underperforming gear which doesnt satisfy the masses. There's a balance there because in a mass market there wont be many who are willing to go thru the extra effort for high performance gear. Added: but honestly, I would consider going back to an easy cig-a-like if it performed well and cost an honest 1/4 of smoking. It's not much of a hobby for me. My main purpose was to get off cigs and out from under the tax. I still get promotional material from American Spirits. I've thought of writing them back just to tell them I quit and now vape. See what haopens, if anything...
  5. Right now it's a boston cream pie kinda day Later on.....what goes good with a red wine...hmmm.....?
  6. Do you know how to raise the center post on your battery? Do you know how to pull the pin out ever so slightly on the bottom of the coil? Those two things should solve the problem. It's usually caused by routinely tightening the tank down too tight.
  7. The post is just a press fit. Grab it and rock it off. The flavor wicks will come right out. Dry burn until coils glow red evenly. The wick wont burn. The burning is old juice carmelization.
  8. I think the joye e-roll out perfoms the blu. I cant verify that blu cartos will perform as well on the battery So much of what you want is in the juice itself and if you arent willing to fill a tank and change a coil you really asking for the holy grail of vaping. You have to at least bump up to an ego-t kit or an evod kit
  9. The voltage is written on the dial. It goes from 3.2 to 4.8. Match the number to the little dot just above the dial. Your baseline is 3.7. Most juices taste good there. Use that as a starting point. Some juices can take a little more. Think of it like a dimmer knob. Just dial in how you like
  10. This morning I dry burned as described earlier 3 protanks and 2 T2s. took me all of 15 minutes or so.... and just to raise the difficulty level from 1 to 1 1/2 I replaced the wick on one that was a little too far gone. Simple to do, I free up the wick from the coil, pull it out completely. Do the dry burn. Then I take an old flavor wick, and thread it in to the coil, pull it through. place a new flavor wick on top and put back together. In 15 minutes, I have 5 fresh coils, all performing like champs and they will last me another week or two before I repeat the process. honestly, I don't have to do this. We are only talking saving a few dollars and to many it's not worth it. But it's pretty easy to do, doesn't require any tools and stretches your coil life 3X easy. Plus you get the added advantage of understanding how your coils work and thus being able to troubleshoot any problems you may be having. if you like to tinker, enjoy!
  11. Hi Bella, Start by telling us what type of ecig you are using We might be able to improve the clouds you're getting just by knowing that.
  12. Great! Thanks Looking forward to giving them a try
  13. Great review. And I'm sold on a couple of flavors. Can you tell me your mix and nic content, Tam?
  14. Okay, in your kit you can only change the coils in the evod tank. The other tank is a ce4. You can wash it out, let it dry and refill but it's going to go bad after a couple of weeks. No worries though. The evod tank is a better tank. That one take standard Kanger coils. Unscrew the base. Unscrew the coil and put new one in. Easy after you've done it once. You can get the replacement coils just about anywhere
  15. I've forgotten what tank you are using Changing coils and wicks is easy. It's one unit. Unscrew old. Screw in new. Fill and vape.
  16. Yes, clean after a couple of tanks. And replace coil after every few tanks or whenever you get a foul taste
  17. It looks like more than it is. I can do one coil in about 2 minutes
  18. My standard batts fire 3.7 This is a good voltage to use in my opinion. You only fire in 2 - -3 second bursts. You have to be able to see the actual coil itself. At first it will heat up and give off a nasty cloud. This is good. This is the gunk burning off. Repeat a couple few times. The "smoke" will go away as well as the popping crackling sound and you will start to see the coil glow red. It will also get quiet. Repeat as necessary until you get even glow across coil. If you use too high voltage you could pop the coil which means it separates and no longer fires. It helps to loosen up the wick and free it up if you can before you dry burn. You might taste a slight funny burnt taste when you reload your juice at first. This goes away quickly. If it doesn't, the coil is too far gone This can be done on any basic coil, top or bottom. I usually get 2 or three dry burns on a coil easily. It does wear them down eventually but it definitely prolongs the life of a coil. This does not work well if you wait too Long to try a dry burn. Depending on the juice it's about every 3 or 4 tanks but the juice is a big factor. Dark juices gunk up faster. Also very sweet juices. Edit: forgot to mention if you have a flavor wick, remove it first before dry burn. They are easy to put back. Also remove any silicon sleeves.
  19. Yeah. Regular soaking, cleaning, etc does not clean the actual coil itself. Only dry burn gets the built up crud off the coil. If you're not dry burning, spy, then you're missing out on a big part of restoring old coils. Nearly makes them new again
  20. I like the concept. But my experience is that i'm usually dialing in my spinners between 3.7 and 4.2
  21. She/he is asking about tanks, not RDAs which is a whole other thing.
