Welcome, and they are all whiners at ecf! -
My only issue is that's it's heavy, real heavy on a c twist. Switching heads to a EVOD 2.2 really made a big difference in draw. Speaking of draw, they are having a drawing/raffle at The Mile High Vape Fest ! Saturday August 17, 6-11p at The Fowl Line Restaraunt, 774 Maleta Lane Castle Rock, CO 80108 Hosted by Annie Bananny They invited some local and national vendors, they have done these in the past, but I haven't gone yet

Yep, Mile high vape meet, 17th at the fowl line in castle rock, you do Facebook?
-
So replaced protank with EVODD head... Wow...tightened up the draw BIG Time, fits tight. Thanks Tam... We need to meet! Castle rock vape meet in August ??

Some experienced vapers are happy and content with VV spinners or twists, and not expensive, so I would start there. I enjoy my twists, use them outside or when mobile, but use the tesla at home, and have used an evic, can't say I would buy one tho agreed they feel fragile. love my tesla.

What type of battery would be better for me?
Aquatroy replied to Patricia's topic in General Vaping Discussion
Okay it sounded like your batts were dead and gone already... Tessie is pretty, and not a lot of fancy gadgets, but the same benefits of most APV,s Best thing is battery life, tells me what the batt charged to, and it's current charge in volts. I bought three batts for it, and a good charger, I always worried about the ego types, you never know what ya got unless you just took it of the charger. She tells me the ohms on any appliance I top her with, but she prefers Pro tanks, as less refills occur. I can never remember what ohm head I replaced with as they come with two diff ohm replacement heads. With the ohm measurement, I check my handie chart, gives me the minimum , maximum, and preferable, watts, and volts, I dial that in easy peasy vapeing crazy. Tess is built like a chrome hammer, and lots of venting, just in case she gets pissed. Easy to grip and once again solid, some APVs are a lot more gadgeted, but fragile, one drop and gone, just sayin But I am not the expert here for sure, but if you use a different resistance coil on your VV sticks, you could get more of what your looking for, maybe a different tank, maybe different juice, it all has bearing on your throat hit. Wish you could find a close ECig store, or a vape meet, so you could check out what's available in person, much better than buying blind on the internut. Seems Veteran Vapes has the current great review for hardware sales. I'm a brick and mortar guy, gotta keep my locals open! -

What happened to the spinner and twists? They weren't that old! Are they just not doing it for ya Std ego type batts run 3.5 - 3.7 twists run 4.2... So buying a std won't help Maybe you should look into a different resistance in your vivi, are you burning out heads? I rarely go over 4.0 on twists and even the Tesla tastes best at 3.9 Big volts don't always mean big vapor..... -
When I first started vaping I too had a hard time with certain flavors my lungs weren't used to, but after a small learning curve, now a walking fog machine!! If your using a VV you might try turning it down some, also try using a device that's more airy (protanks) than a tight draw(vivis).......

+1 on the Tesla, built solid. VV-VW, and has worked flawlessly, perfect with a Kanger pro tank. Haven't had any problems....

Drove over to The Vapor Shop, 120th and Huron, in Westminister (nw burb) and checked it out. They have only been open for two weeks! Shop was well laid out, and nice and clean, very well lit. (can't say that about another store in Lakewood) Nice display cases, has twenty flavors going strong. Very little knock off generic stuff, mostly Joye, once again a good thing, picked up a protank and three flavors, I have to say so far so good. So give the new guy a try, tell em I sent ya, and if you live south or east it's actually closer for me than the other store in town and right off the highway! They have a website, but no online sales for now...bummer www.thevapor-shop.com 303 451 0218

I was instructed to try and keep cracking flavors away from the shiny almost glass like. That is polycarbonate. Try and buy the dull, kinda cloudy plastic tanks ie: polypropylene. Less chance of cracking or melting. Liking the kangaroo protanks(funny), bought a few, and yes just wash and dry, change out the head when it's fried, and they should last a long time, unless your rough on them, read a post where someone was breaking them off at the threads... Never have problems with cinnamon, but absinthe will kcrack a clearo overnight !!
