I do not own a joker but they seem to be really nice. For me the only downside of the joker is the price, everything else seems perfect. Like burn stated, there are a lot of options depending on what your looking for. Not sure if you have looked into them but you can get a 5v passthrough for $15 if you would like to try out 5v before you spend a bunch of money. This would give you an idea if you would be happy with 5v or if you want to jump up to a 6v mod.

What Flavor Are You Vaping Right Now?
brian1g replied to kitsune's topic in General Vaping Discussion
Tastyvapor stone sour on the sb and tastyvapor caramel apple on the eGo. vaping both with cartomizers from vapor4life using adapters from madvapes. I can't think of anytime that vaping has been better. -
I've had my silver bullet for about a month now and I love it. It is honestly the best pv purchase I have made since I started vaping. I wish I would have just bought one from the start. The thing I really like about the sb that you don't really hear people talk about is the double barrel option. I recently found out about the dbsb and I plan on picking one up in the near future. My future setup will be a dbsb running at 3.7v with 2 510 cartomizers. This should give about the same performance as vaping at 5v, battery life of a 3.7v mod, and shouldn't have to be dripping all the time. Hopefully its going to be super performance with very little downtime. Happy vaping

You could post in the wtb section of the forums. You may even get a full kit pretty cheap that way.

I agree 100% I have had my silver bullet for a couple weeks now and I am LOVING it!!! I like it so much i plan on getting the double barrel top soon. The joker wan't released when I ordered or I would have considered it as well. I like that the joker has some protection built in. I really like 6v vaping a lot but it will blow attys fairly easy if you aren't paying attention. With the joker you are in the sweet spot, it doesn't have that warm vape that 6v gives but its much easier on attys. Either of these would be awesome imo.

Its hard to say what strength you need. I would recommend getting several flavors and several strengths to start with (smaller bottles around 10ml). I would say 24mg juice would be a good place to start when your just coming off analogs if you smoked fairly heavily. A great option I have found is ordering from tastyvapor and getting a "doubler" and a bottle of high nicotine juice. You can get 150ml of super good juice for $30 and mix different strengths as you want. I normally start the day out with 24mg and then cut back to 9mg for the rest of the day.

We love our eGo. It is a solid performer that has it all. Very small for such good battery life and is built very well. I like it because you load up a freshly charged battery and a bottle of juice and your g2g for the whole day. No more planning your day around swapping out batteries and having to carry spare batteries and chargers. It is basically all you could really want in an e cig other than being hv. If you crave hv later on I hear lr attys work well with the eGo.
-
This is why I'm going to order from vt from now on lol. Chris seems like the exception to my earlier post about warranty stuff.
-
The atty that came with my eGo has never perfomed well. At first I thought it was dead but then it started working but very very poorly. The atty was bad enough that I emailed the vendor who I bought it from but never received a responce. It wasn't a big enough deal to me so I just let it go. The whole warranty on e cig and parts is a myth imo. If I have to spend an hour emailing, making calls, digging up order numbers and sending back defective products I could be at work making enough to buy 2-3 of the items im trying to get replaced under warranty lol. Now just buy the stuff I want with no expectation of warranty. As you can tell I haven't had the best of luck with getting stuff replaced under warranty lol.
-
You will LOVE your eGo!! The %10 off is awesome also, you got a really good deal imo.
-
I think the eGo would be good if you just want a longer lasting battery. I think the eGo is the perfect smaller 3.7v e cigs. You should also consider a silver bullet. It is bigger but it gives you the option of going 3.7v and moving up to 6v with a change of batteries. I hear a 3.7v battery will last 2-3 days on the sb . It does cost a little more than the eGo once you buy the batteries but I don't think you will find an "upgrade" from the silver bullet. It just seems like a top end product.
-
Hey Tamintn, welcome to vp! I would say the eGo is a great e cig to start with. Best of all you can get it here at the vt store, super fast shipping and Chris takes care of his customers if you have any problems. It really is a best buy for your first e cig imo. I have several e cigs now and the eGo is still my daily pv. After a little while a lot of people want to upgrade or try a mod. The eGo can use a low resistance atty that is supposed to simulate hv vaping and costs the same as a regular atty. If you decide to try "dripping" you can get a drip tip that will allow you to drip juice directly onto the atty without taking the cart off. So I feel like the eGo can grow with you as you want to try new things in vaping. I cant really think of any reason not to buy the eGo, its great. I was a menthol analog smoker (30 a day)and was worried about getting my craving satisfied with vaping. I ended up getting menthol juice from awesomevapor @ 36mg.... WOW, never looked back. Happy Vaping, Brian

Electronic Cigarette Sales Banned In New York
brian1g replied to Christopher's topic in General Vape News
Yes I know that, Im not going to get flamed for saying "sorry" though. It does effect us all but it effects NY more than the rest of us. I see this as a fight for all of us, its just a matter of time before other states follow. I was simply saying it directly the people who will see immediate changes. NY people are the ones on the front lines right now, vendors and vapers alike. -

When you go to vote next time do it like the show "Survivor".... vote people out, not in. Edit- I forgot to mention that I really feel horrible for you guys, sorry you guys have to put up with this crap. Its a speed bump not a closed road. Happy vaping. -
Ya, I took the advice in this thread and things are back to normal again I did have to boil the attys to get all the different flavors out of them. Happy vaping!!

Are These The Right Battery For The Silver Bullet?
brian1g replied to brian1g's topic in Modders Forum
Awesome, ordering now. TY hawk Oh btw, I know that the sb with the 3.7v battery lasts like 2-3 days but how long can i expect to vape @ 6v on a single charge? -
Thanks for the replies guys, I think I am going to boil all attys and put the older ones away for emergency vaping lol. I still have a couple of newer attys I'll try out after boiling them. I'm just going to put away all but 2 bottles of juice and 2 attys to keep from talking myself into mixing too many flavors Thanks again for the advice, I sure appreciate it, Brian

Hey all, I am planning on getting a silver bullet soon so I am looking for batteries for 6v vaping. Will these work ok? http://www.batteryjunction.com/4parc390reli.html I am wanting to make sure I purchase the right batteries so I can vape as soon as possible lol. Thanks in advance, Brian

Hey all, just noticed the last couple of days that juice just doesn't have the flavor it once did. I first noticed it about 2-3 weeks ago and it's really been bothering me. I'm not sure if its because my attys are a little older or if its the juice I'm using. I do tend to switch up my juice quite a bit throughout the day so maybe thats the problem. I vaped tastyvapor atomic cinnacide and after that all other juices are pretty much flavorless. The cinnacide was super super strong (to the point of burning my eyes from the vape) and now everything is tasteless. The juices that would normally would be sweet are just muted and while I can tell what flavor they are it's just kinda yuck now. My midnight has no sweet taste anymore . Right now I have a bunch of juice from stricklyejuice and its the same way, really crappy muted taste. Anyone have something like this happen? the cinnacide and one of my menthols are the only juices that really have a flavor at all. Any help is appreciated.
-
I had to try several different flavors and strengths of juice before I found one that satisfied my cigarette cravings. I really liked the menthol from awesomevapor @ 36mg. The 36mg may be a little strong but it worked well for me coming off of menthol analogs. I have yet to try a juice that even comes close to the same flavor as an analog. It may help if you up the nicotine a little and just know that not many juices come close to the taste of an analog. So basically I would say to try out dripping a couple drops of higher nic juice directly onto the atty and take longer drags. I really started enjoying vaping when I ordered juice from the vt store, it's really good stuff.
-
Not sure about the cart filler but if your looking for an excellent cinnamon juice get tastyvapors atomic cinnacide, its my favorite juice so far!! Be sure to get vg added to the bottle or vapor production may be lacking (20% vg is great).

My favorite juices so far have been from the vaportalk store and tastyvapor.com. I don't think either carry a juice that isn't excellent.

Need Assistance In Choosing The Right E-Cig
brian1g replied to Strangebear's topic in New Vapers Forum
You should look into the Ego. It is a little bigger than the 510 but the battery lasts much, much longer. I usually get about 10 hours of heavy vaping on 1 charge which eliminates the need for a portable charger for me (comes with 2 batteries). I only got 1 1/2 hours on the standard 510 battery. The vapor production and flavor are both great with the Ego. I use carts and drip, works well with both. It is a little bigger in diameter than some of the mini e cigs but you don't have to carry spare batteries or chargers so it kinda evens out.If size is a top priority the 510 would be a good choice, just be ready to juggle a lot of batteries. Lots of e cigs, I would watch all of the reviews you can and decide which will work best for you.
