I think that would work on an eGo without adapters. I first saw something similar to these on Smokeless Image they look the same except for the threading. SI has kr808 threads. They are getting good reviews so far but are slightly picky about filling technique. A few folks have said that they got at least one with major leak issues but I'd still like to try them.

I'm not familiar with those batts but it doesn't sound like they should be the problem. The first thing I suggest is contacting the vendor you got the mod from, even if the warranty has ran out they may still be helpful. As far as my fave mods 1 Provari 2 Buzz Pro 3 ZMAX v2.0 They are all similar in size and ~2-4 oz weight. The Buzz Pro has a manual wheel for adjusting voltage and color coded markings to indicate level. The other 2 have menu systems and display screens. The ZMAX IMO is a Chinese clone of the Provari with 2 added features: It has a deep drip well that allows the use of eGo style vision etc...cartomizers and it has the ability to switch between variable voltage and variable wattage. IMO the Provari is the best quality with the best warranty. HTH

Don't they just use Dekang like most other prefilled's ? As for the units themselves they do seem to be the new variety that work pretty well for a small unit but they can be had for less money at several other vendors. Smokeless Image and Elite Vapor Works come to mind.

I've never had one of these and don't know which batts you are using but I have heard that they will act that way if you don't use good IMR batts. Almost everyone suggests the AW's.

Asking for free samples is a good idea,sounds like a great way to try out products that you otherwise wouldn't be trying. When I still smoked,some of the analog companies would have promotions where you could get sample packs by showing UPC's from your regular brand etc... It was a good way to get dedicated brand smokers to try something that they normally wouldn't have bought due to brand loyalty. Others opinions notwithstanding you should keep it up if that's what ya want, since the only opinion that matters is yours

What jeffb said + The cartos in your pic are boges. and Boge is the brand name. The cartos you linked to may not work well in the tank you ordered due to the flange on the bottom. The reasons for having multiple drip tips are: finding the right feel/fit for you,they look good and backups backups backups lol According to the wise vapers here when vaping always have backups

Congrats on your decision to switch to vaping. The Provari is a great device. What it looks like to me is that you have 4 cartomizers in the plastic that have a black label on them.That label will need to be removed (PITA) if you plan to use them in a tank.Then you will need to punch holes in them so your juice can flow into them from the tank.I would suggest that you use those and order some stainless (no label) Boge cartomizers while you wait for your Prive tank to arrive. It also looks like you have a standard size carto in stainless plus a mini carto in stainless but it's kinda hard to tell from the pic.If that is what they are then I agree with mcquinn's advice. I've been using SR Boge stainless cartos in a tank for ~a year with no probs. I use either a hammer and small nail or a 1/4" saddle valve to punch the holes. Oh if you don't have one you'll need a 510 drip tip or 2 or 10 lol. HTH You can find lots of how to's on youtube for punching cartos and using tanks. Th guy you linked to igetcha69 has a sight with a lot of great info.also check out pbusardo for some good tech stuff.

Whether to use button top or flat top depends on the mod you're putting it in. Most use button top but the ones that don't usually specify. If you're going to vape at ~3.7V then high drain isn't really necessary unless you plan to use extreme low res,like ~1.25. Most chinese batts have exaggerated mah ratings and IMO you should always use battaries that specify they are protected unless you are using the safer chemistry batts like the AW,IMR's or LIPO. just my .02 lol

You might like the BAM,multiple battery options up to a 26650 with ~4000 mah. If used with an adapter it can hold a 26500 and the KICK mod for variable wattage. Heres pbusardos review of it : HTH

Thanks a bunch,looks like just what we need for our new 650mah eGo-C twists. It seemes I may be an eGo convert now,the twists are working really well for me with a 3.0 boge carto in a tank. I still don't like the OEM button but a drop of Permatex Black has helped alot.

I've been thinking of putting together a black Bolt mod with a red extender tube and a variable wattage The Kick by evolv to make it a consistant vape. Add a Boge carto tank mod or a Vision ego clearo to make it easy to fill. An 18500 batt with easy filling carto should be a great all day vape Now if I could just find all that stuff in stock somewhere lol
