Needless to say I brought my PV's and made sure to ask if it was o.k to vape. I wound up introducing the class and instructors to e-cigs We may have more new members soon because all the smokers and a couple of non smokers with friends and family who smoke,all wanted more info.Most had heard of PV's but only through the mall and tobacco stores and yall know about their products and prices. The 1st thing I did was make sure they all wrote down vaportalk.com then I mentioned a few suppliers with good reps.and told them how great the prices were online compared to the mall stuff Heres hopin we get a fresh wave of recruits real soon.

Yep those adverts are alright for gettin folks attention but I'm afraid they turn peeps off with their crazy high prices. and that auto reorder deal really sucks Folks that don't read the fine print close enough can wind up with a bad taste for e-cigs.That's a shame when a short search on the net can getya so many good vendors. It's too bad the better vendors don't have the capitol to put out their own adverts.and put up flyers and such in the malls.

Thanks folks,sorry I wasn't clear,I get that way sometimes(O.K often) What I get so far is that protected batts get a little weak then just quit,no worries about draining too far.Next I get it that VP's don't have a low batt indicator like my 905 does.And so far the 901 atty's have the vote for most flavor. If I misunderstood any thing please correct me.Thanks Yall for the fast clear answers

Hi again Yall, I'm really wondering how to tell when the Li-Ion batts need charging if your PV doesn't have the low batt indicator LED.The reasons I bought the DSE-905 as my first big batt PV were 1st:price 2nd:low batt warning,and 3rd:inexpensive long life protected 14500 batts.(I really like these 14500's) So far I like the 905 but I've been drooling over the PV2 and the Spade and hoping they come out with a Spade2(with 14500's). So do they have low batt warnings or do the LED's just light up when you're vaping?I can't find anything that says one way or the other. I definitely want to stick with protected batts since I'm such a noob. As an after thought what's your opinion on the best atty's for flavor? I'm not as interested in vapor clouds as I am flavor(so far)

I agree that on their own the FDA doesn't have the right to create law. I was thinking more of big pharma,big tobacco,and the anti smoking lobbyists. Big pharma and tobacco can throw a lot of money at our legislators to keep from losing even more money from PV's.Also the anti smoking lobby's are going to be against PV's because to them nic=bad and most juice has nic even though 0 nic is available and the goal of a lot of vapers.I would also mention that the antis are going to keep saying that PV's will appeal to kids because of the flavors and keep trying to get them banned.So yes the thing to do is to educate when anyone will listen,and definitely VOTE so that we can be heard. Phone, e-mail,petition or whatever to get your Reps.attn.Just remember that money talks and we're gonna have to wade thru a lot of muck (again)to finally get some Reps. who will listen and vote the way we elected them to. I'm not trying to be a doom sayer just a realist,I think we've got a long battle ahead of us and no one would be happier than me if I'm wrong all the way around! From what I've read the kr8 does hold more juice than the new 510 cartos. One thing I forgot to mention in my other post is,Are you aware of the burning issues with the kr808's?I don't know personally but the pics I've seen are not encouraging.Some say the issue can be avoided if you keep the cartos really wet but it seems to me that defeats the advantage of using the cartos.You'd be topping up as much as with a 510 etc. Have you considered the greencig (not greensmoke) cartos?They have issues too like not as much flavor and being a pain to refill but they don't have the burning issues. This is all just what I've read,no personal experience but it's food for thought:)

So far I've been looking for multiple style adaptors to get more experiences with the same mod.that way I can go from big vapor to big taste etc.. since taste is said to be different with the same juice in different attys and at diff.volts and vapor is said to be better with some than others I want to try them all!! That way sooner or later I can settle on what I like best and still be able to change up for variety every once in a while. So far I'm more interested in good taste than anything else but once in a while I start craving the TH more.That's not much of a problem right now cause all my juice is 24mg.Although I did notice that tobacco flavors give me better TH than the sweet flavors. And also,thank you Dave for gettin my post over to where it might help. I've done a lot of reading but don't have the experience yet so I'll try to point folks to where I found the info.

From what I've been able to find,the kr8 cartos will work with 901 auto batts but not with 901 manual batts.(no airflow).Seems that what you need for the cartos to work on 901 manual style is an 808 adapter that has air holes. I'm not familiar with the VP's but if they have sealed batt to atty connectors then you'll probly need an 801 to 808d-1/901 adapter that has the air holes. Or you can mod the 901 adapter with a dremel to make the air flow notches. (just dremel a tiny groove across the batt side straight from outer edge across center pin to opposite edge)Or you can try the staple mod to get the air flow on a 901 manual batt. Hope I was clear enough.I know what I'm sayin just don't know if I said it right

Yeah I kinda think we're headed for bans on PV's just like smokes. There are always gonna be those types of people who can't resist telling others what to do.And their #1 weapon is (save the kids) works on the uninformed masses every time.I'm all for saving youths but what about alcohol,sweets,blah blah blah.As long as it's their habits it's O.K just not your habits. Smokers have had this stigma for so long that switching to vaping isn't going to impress the uninformed at all.And even those who know it's better than smoking seem to have the mind set that smokers or ex smokers need to be punished,It's the quit or die syndrome.
