The biggest problem with any atomizer not being able to fire on a mod is overtightening. New vapers have a tendency to crank down atty's onto their devices. It doesn't even have to be snug, just screw down until you get a little resistance and it's down. The Vamo was very susceptible to pushing the center pin down causing no connectivity, i can imagine most any mod can have this problem. My opinions regarding the vamo. It is a good starting mod. It's heavy. If you can deal with the 33mhz chipset (rattlesnake sound) great! Personally, i can't stand it. To me it gave an inconsistent vape, due to the pulsing, no matter how fast it happens. I noticed a humongous difference when i went past the Vamo. If i was purchasing one of the mods you have listed it would be the MVP, it can go all day on a charge, has 510 and ego threads, can vape while charging if needed. MVP 2 has variable wattage and an ohm checking ability as well. All around a solid device. However if you really want to go with replaceable batteries i would go with the SVD. I progressed from my vamo to the svd. It is capable of all 3 types of batteries as it is telescoping. variable voltage/wattage etc all the same bells and whistles. It is lighter then the vamo as well. It also has the cool distinction of looking like a lightsaber! Can't lose with that! Enjoy your choice whichever it is.

It's hard to fault the Provari.. This menu would drive me insane tho.. When an atomizer is attached 3 presses- “ON” - Will turn on 4 presses- “dn” - Set your voltage/wattage down. 5 presses- “UP” - Set your voltage/wattage up. 6 presses- “rA” - Check the resistance of your atomizer. 7 presses- “Ub” - Display remaining battery life in volts (4.2v fully charged, 3.2v dead). Can also be used to check your voltage under load. When an atomizer is not attached - 6 presses- “SP” - Set power. You are able to increase the wattage at .2w increments, and .5w increments from 10w - 15w (Will display as “10” if at 10w, or “10.” if at 10.5w) 7 presses- “SU” - Set voltage. Increases voltage in increments of .1v. 8 presses- “rA” - Check the resistance of your atomizer. 9 presses- “Ub” - Display remaining battery life in volts (4.2v fully charged, 3.2v dead). Can also be used to check your voltage under load. 10 presses- “Sd” - Set display. You can change the intensity of the LED. 11 presses- “SL” - Set LED. Here you can change which LED (Button or display, both, or none) will light up when vaping. 12 presses- “H “ - Vape timer / vape timer reset. First screen is hours, second screen is minutes. If you push the button a second time, you will see “CL”. This will reset the counter if you press the button again. 13 presses- “Fr” - Firmware version. This will show which firmware is currently installed in the device.

Yea i have heard of this happening. One of the coops i was in was for a custom sigelei mini. A few have reported issues with their button doing similar to what yours is doing. Your best bet would be where you bought it. DV is usually pretty good.

Yea im digging the microcoils. I rebuild all my Protank Heads and all my Genny's get a microcoil.
