Hi, I am new here and I have a question. So you know the "Atomizer"? Where the "V" like shape is...where it goes into the "Cartridge", is liquid showing normal when pulling it out? Also it has a scent of like caramel or so I think and is that normal? If you can help me on this, that be great.
