  1. I've toyed with dripping and I love practicing my coil builds with my trident clone. I like the flavor and vapor production from dripping but to tell you the truth its just too much a hassle for me. Ever since I have been vaping my russian 91% and russian/kayfun lite rba's I can't seem to be hassled with dripping on a regular basis. Plus I seem to get about the same flavor from my Russian 91% as my rda. This is not to say that I won't drip from time to time just to change things up a bit. I'm now a die hard fan fanboy of the Russian 91%. My KPT2's are just collecting dust now. Its just great having so many different systems to choose from. Each to his/her own.
  2. I was a previous smoker and have now been vaping for nearly a year. I work out regularly in the gym and my primary focus is cardio. Tons of running and stairmaster. Vaping does not affect me at all. I vape moments before the gym and afterwards and do not notice any difference. My guess like you said is that you are probably out of shape. Your cardio will come back to you in a few weeks. Keep at it.
  3. Ultima Online was my favorite game, but after spending a lot of real money for online gold my wife got pissed and made me quit. That was nearly 10 years ago. Now I just stick with my Xbox. Favorites are from Bethesda Softworks...Fallout series, and the Skyrim series. I'm looking for the next great game from them.
  4. Welcome to the forum. Yes an E-cigarette is an electric cigarette and it has helped many people quit smoking real cigarettes. There are varying quantities of nicotine inside the e-cigarette juice that helps during the process of quitting real cigarettes without the harmful effects of toxic chemicals found in real cigarettes (sort of like nicotine patches and nicotine gum). Basically there is a battery and when a button located on the battery is pressed it sends an current to a heating element with some type of wick located inside a tank that holds the e-juice. When the heating element heats up it creates a vapor that simulates real smoke when inhaled and exhaled. Hope this helps. Good luck.
  5. Is it a rebuilt coil head? If so it sounds like a short from the head. I remember one time when I rebuilt a protank head and it was around .9 ohms and it blinked and wouldn't fire because my vision spinner could not handle such a low ohm head (I then remembered it was .9 ohms and promptly removed it and replaced it with another higher ohm head and it worked just fine). I'm sure others with more experience will provide a better diagnosis.
  6. Personally Spydre I would get a Russian 91% first. The build quality on the Russian is far superior and it came with a lot of extra's unlike my russian/kayfun lite clone. The Russian is much harder to get and I've heard of folks waiting upwards a few months to get it, where as the russian/kayfun clone is more readily available. Now I have seen a new version hit the market called the kayfun lite plus clone and some are saying its the best and it goes for aound $50. At this point there are so many versions out there. I guess it all boils down to how much you want to pay and the build quality that you want. Good luck. Note: My russian/kayfun lite clone vapes just as well as my russian 91%.
  7. Exactly. For nearly $100 you would expect perfection at its best. I think the quality control is just not there. I mean the Russian is a built really nice but just a single flaw will ruin it. With this small fix it is now 100% but I shouldn't have to get it there.
  8. Today I am happy as a clam. I told you about my Russian 91% and the top deck being loose and not being able to tighten it. Well I tried everything as I said before...tightening my 510 connection at the bottom and everything else in between. Well today I disassembled it, took the 510 connection off from the bottom and really inspected it. There is a small white plastic grommet piece that fits onto the posts itself and gets inserted into the base with the post. It appeared and always acted like the plastic grommet piece was too short so when it was assembled it would never quite tighten down enough to stop the top deck from moving about. Then I became creative. I took a spare plastic grommet from my Kanger Pro Tank (that inserts into the base) and fitted it onto the Russian 510 post and then took a sharp knife and trimmed it down to the bottom lip and removed the rest of the grommet. I then placed the original white plastic grommet that comes with the Russian and put it on top of the trimmed Kanger grommet it and voila....once I reassembled the 510 connection to the base it tightened down snuggly so that the upper deck no longer moves. Ladies and gentlemen you can't imagine how happy I am right now that I finally found a fix for my never used Russian. And I found it out myself. Now I'm not too smart by any stretch of the imagination....but I can be creative from time to time....*pats self on the back and smiles*. Anyways I hope that my description made sense and should anyone ever have the same problem this is a sure fix.
  9. Companies are really stepping up their game in 2014. Me thinks its gonna be a very interesting year.
  10. Definitely not for me. But to each his/her own.
  11. Today is the V3Tronix Flip and a Kayfun lite (clone). Loving this setup.
  12. I pretty much vape anywhere, not gas stations while refueling, but keep the vapor down to a very discreet level so as not to draw attention.
  13. I feel for the cops actually. Its tough trying to keep up with all the current technology and laws, whats legal vs whats not etc...It's a tough job, I know because I was was one for many years and I loved it. Joejoevapekill did nothing wrong nor suspicious imo. If I were the cop my excuse for pulling him over would after seeing vast amounts of clouds in the car would have been for "Excuse me sir I pulled you over because it appears that there is a lot of smoke in your vehicle and I thought there might have been something mechanically wrong like the beginning of a fire or something, possible smoke impeding your vision." After seeing that there was nothing wrong for my own information I would have asked what produces that kind smoke just to educate myself. After my brief education I would have apologized for any inconvenience and let him go. I'm now happy that there is no fire and I'm educated at the same time. At the station I would inform my Sergeant to pass the information along. *I would never have pulled him over just for assuming he was smoking some type of paraphernalia.
  14. Great idea Spydre and thanks for that. I was sort of at a loss here not knowing what to do. Yes over here in Baghdad I do not have any mail service after the US forces left. I will have to skype my wife who will can get the paperwork that came with the package and send me their information to give them a call and email. Its definitely worth a shot. That all being said and like I posted earlier the kayfun lite / russian 91% by Tobeco is a really great device. At this time I really want to buy several for all of my favorite juices and replace all my kangers.
  15. You mean you fill it from the top without it leaking? I gotta try that and was wondering if possible. I got mine from an ebay seller and it was made by Tobeco and cost me I think $37 (ebay markup of course). My wife bought me a different version a Russian 91% made by Kebo, but I'm having problems with that one. The upper deck (positive post side) is loose and I've tried everything to get it tightened and no dice. I've googled it and others seemed to have a similar problem and posted a fix, but mine just wont tighten up. I will send it back eventually. So in the mean time I use the other one which works spotlessly. I'm absolutely in love with it and will buy another as a spare when I get home. Now I'm waiting on my Aqua clone. It arrived the day after I left the US for work. My wife mailed it to a friend who will bring it to me when he gets back to work.
  16. Well I finally got my Kayfun Lite / Russian 91% up and running yesterday. All I can say is wow what a device. I've got a 1.3 ohm microcoil with cotton in it and it is spewing vapor like no tomorrow (almost like an RDA). And to boot the flavor is the best I have had yet. The flavor is so intense that I actually thought a couple of times (and had to check) that I was swallowing the juice itself. If anyone out there is on the fence about getting one, let me suggest that for the price of the clone I would suggest getting one. For the most part of last year I was using primarily a KPT2 (rebuilding my own coils) and I can honestly say that this far surpasses the KPT2 hands down in my opinion. Now if I can just get the refilling part down to a science I will be set. A little more practice I guess. But overall no leaks or gurgling at all. Have a happy vaptastic day.
  17. I normally cant vape when laying down. It makes me cough.
  18. Got in my Russian 91%. This is the model from Kayfun when apparently the two partners separated and the 91% was created and built in China. Cost around $90. This thing is beautiful. This is similar to the Kayfun lite/ Russian 91% clone made by Tobeco that I got in the other day, but the quality of the material and craftsmanship is noticeably different. I'm so excited to try out both.
