  1. Sorry to hear about your misfortune. I wouldn't throw away that yucky juice. Let it steep for a couple months and try it again. Perhaps the taste will improve. Ya never know. If its still yucky then I would give it to someone in the forum who might be going through some tough times who can't afford to buy juice. Get well soon.
  2. When I was a lance coolie on a med cruise we all had to perform certain functions while afloat. One of mine was working up in the officers quarters....sweeping/waxing the floors as well taking out the trash from their rooms in the mornings. Well one morning a Naval equivalent to a Marine Major (sorry forget what it is) was sitting in his room while I went about getting his trash. As I was leaving he said "Hey you! I want you to make my bed!" I was a bit intimidated but replied that we are not responsible for making officers beds. He replied "You see these on my collar...pointing to his rank, and you see yours....pointed to mine, I order you to make my bed. I again said that it was not my responsibility and he went on to really get nasty with me. I turned around and left not really knowing what to do, but just seeing my battalion commander earlier in his room I mustered enough courage and went to his quarters and knocked on his door with an irate naval officer hot on my heels. I was told to enter and introduced myself and promptly apologized for bothering him immediately informed him what had just happened and that the officer standing behind me was the one who ordered me to make his bed. My battalion commander turned 10 shades of red and purple, thanked me, told me to step aside and went ape **** on this navy officer with me right there. Man oh man I was crapping my pants but was never so proud to be a Marine. I mean he really laid it on for about 3 minutes about how unsat this guy was and that no US Marines NEVER will make anyone's bed other than their own. After the episode was over my battalion commander again thanked me and said if this guy tries to retaliate in any way to me or the other Marines working with me to feel welcome to come to him again.
  3. I can't wait to see your final build probably as much as you want it to be completed. After its success I'm sure you will get tons of requests from us for you to make us all one.
  4. Hello and welcome to VT. Congrats on quitting smoking and picking up vaping.
  5. I got my Aqua clone in about 2 weeks ago and finally decided to clean and rebuild it. Compared to rebuilding my Russian 91% this thing was a hassle, but in the end I was able to manage a dual micro coil at .7 ohms. It vapes pretty good. Kayfun or Russian killer....who knows but it does vape good. The quality of the material used on the Aqua clone was a bit disappointing. The metal seemed a bit thin (and I think that's why I wasn't so quick to fix her up), but at the end of the day it works like a champ. Not a single leak at all. All in all I'm impressed with the quality of vape. The flavor is spot on and the clouds at .7 ohms on this rba is pretty impressive. I will give it a few days to see how it performs, but I still really love my R91%. I just wish the original one wasn't so expensive.
  6. Damn nice present! I don't think that you will be disappointed. Hopefully he gets the coil set up for you soon.
  7. I think its neat but it's not for me. To each his / her own. I think the one thing I need to invest into that would assist me in building coils is an inexpensive small battery operated drill for multiple wire twists. I like 3 strands of 32ga twisted then 8 wraps on a 5/64 drill bit for about a 1 ohm micro coil.
  8. USMC 1986-1990 MOS: 0351 (dragongunner). Served 1 1/2 years in Subic Bay Philippines (barracks duty-best time of my life), 1 Mediterranean deployment with 2nd Battalion 8th Marines and got out prior to the Gulf War (Cpl). Note: Great idea for a new post
  9. Welcome to the VT community. You will find this community much different than others. We are here to help and listen and are willing.
  10. Welcome to the VT community. We're glad you're here.
  11. It is extremely easy to clean and can be done quite quickly. Plus it is very easy to rebuild. You can't go wrong with this RBA.
  12. Welcome to the forum. One of my favorites is Mystic RY4 from Crystal Canyon Vapes and another in rotation is Custards Last Stand from Nicoticket. There are so many out there....so have fun. I use this site for finding new flavors all the time: http://allthejuices.com/top-juices/
  13. I'll stick to straight up nicotine. I never knew that some of those stuff was inside juices. It reminds me to always look carefully at what's inside.
  14. Welcome and nice to meet you Sam. You've come to the right place to learn and make new friends.
  15. Hello and welcome to the VT forum.
  16. I guess that is pretty neat, but with the more practice that I get with making micro / nano coils I find myself not needing to change them out as often. I do think its pretty good if a person has lots of friends that need coils or a business and wants to sell coils to customers.
  17. Welcome Sir Dave. I hope that you find everything that you need to keep you off of the stinkies in this forum. Everyone here is wonderful and is willing to help out their fellow VT vaper. Tons of experience here in just about everything from old school stuff to new technology experts. Never be intimidated to ask questions because its probably something that I'm wondering about myself but never got around to asking.
  18. Time to revisit this old post and see where everyone is at with their love for RY4 and if there are any new ones out there that you have found since last year. I'm on the Ry4 bandwagon at the moment. I love them. I am currently vaping a juice from Moon Mountain Vapor called Sweet Mother of Mercury and its their version of a RY4 style vape. I also have one bottle left from Crystal Canyon Vapes of Mystic RY4 and it so far is my favorite RY4 at the moment. I love tobacco based flavors and need to open up to more of these style flavors.
  19. Hubba Hubba....Now that's a great gift idea that I'm certain anyone would like.
  20. I second Custard's Last Stand....I love it, I am also going to try Frenilla from the Nicoticket. It has rave reviews. Everything I've tried to date from Nicoticket has been totally awesome.
