  1. I would stop altogether. I never want to go back to smoking cigarettes. Would be sad to see all this go though.
  2. True and I agree. Would be nice if this helped push the battery companies to move onto the next technology.
  3. The main e Liquid factory in China uses a clean room. I've seen video, webcam footage and pictures of the work environment. Believe me it's clean. As for American e Liquid suppliers the only American supplier I'd trust is Johnson Creek. The rest of these so called American E Liquid mixers (mixers not makers) are just mixing in the basement/kitchen table etc. Most of them have failed to show any type of proof they are working in a clean room environment. (With the exception of maybe Steve from Puresmoker) I'd be very very weary of purchasing "American Made" e liquid from these suppliers.
  4. This could stop you from taking your ecigs on an airplane. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap_travel/20101008/ap_tr_ge/us_travel_brief_faa_lithium_batteries
  5. Your free to do with your body as you wish but honestly I don't see the point. If your healthy and have no addiction to nicotine I don't see a reason to start. Would you smoke Marijuana if it didn't have THC? Vaping isn't just "water" vaper, although some mall stand guys and rip off ecigs would like you to believe that, it isn't the case. I would suggest you keep up the running and choose another activity as a relaxing past time (Just my opinion)
  6. Like stated above the batteries only turn on when activated. The general rule of thumb is, the smaller the ecig the lower the battery life. It's a size over convenience thing. A Joye 510 will last the average person about 1-2 hours before it needs to be charged again. (You can just switch out the batteries, most kits come with 2) The Joye eGo which is the longest lasting electronic cigarette on the market right now, lasts about 10-16 hours depending on the person. The only downside of course is that it doesn't look like a cigarette.
  7. Not really to be honest. Manual is the only way to go. The Joye 510 auto isn't bad but honestly you'll eventually end up using the manual. What ends up happening is, the liquid eventually, no matter what, enters the battery. It kills the switch inside and you have to purchase a new battery. This of course gets old real quick. You're probably thinking you'd like to "smoke" the ecig exactly like an analog. With an electronic cigarette, the weight sort of makes it hard. While they're not heavy, you can't quite hold it like a cigarette. You'll end up vaping as if it was a cigar. You'll see I mean once you start vaping
  8. Yup the Joye 520 is the Joye 510. Also a very good model. The eGo and the Joye 510 use the same atomizer. The only down side to the 510 is the shorter battery life but you get the look and feel of a cigarette instead which is nice.
  9. Congrats on making the switch I would suggest what most everyone usually does. An eGo with some cartomizers. (Make sure you get 510 cartomizers so they fit the eGo) The eGo is a pretty well tested ecig model and there are so many options for it you really can't go wrong
  10. Hello Willy, Welcome to the forums. The starter kit comes from the factory with 24mg carts. While not everyone enjoys this strengths it's the most popular for users starting out. You can however purchase revolution cartomizers separate and fill them with whatever liquid you'd like. Last but not least, when checking out, if you want the stock cartomizers to be replaced with empty cartomizers we can also do that at no extra cost
  11. Am I the only one that thinks the Greencig carto's look like they contain hair? Strange filler...
  12. Welcome to the forum! Yup you can use the same atomizers for multiple flavors. It's better to direct dripping when using many flavors. If you drip about 3 drops the flavor will be gone after 10 puffs or so. (Not all the way, but close) And of course if the flavor is strong you can blow out the rest of the liquid onto a paper towel. Here is a video that shows how to direct drip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h14QDp4v3O4&feature=player_embedded

  14. ha ha yea we're really working hard this month to try and get everything back in stock. Let's hope we don't have to always make this a habbit. Not sure what to say about Janty. I heard they may be coming back to the states at a later date but for now they're running out of Europe.
  15. *cough* when we're in stock we're better *cough*
  16. You will still be able to get Joye products just fine.
  17. For those of you that didn't know it looks like Janty has moved their operations out of the States into Europe. They are now dropping shipping products from Europe. Interesting... http://usa.jantyworld.com/
  18. I don't think a flat tax would kill the poor guy more than the current tax system already does. In all honesty it's the middle class that would perhaps finally benefit the most. I understand the person needs to make rent etc but I don't flat tax is going to break him. When I was a kid my family and I where homeless for a little while (long story) so I know what that's like. And when we where crap broke (which was better than being homeless) it wasn't due to taxes. In all honesty I think if you want to succeed you can. I could have chosen to go down the path of drugs, alcohol and living pay to pay check but I choose to push ahead and break free from that world. I failed miserably many times, had teachers that told me I'd never be anything and friends that told me "this is just the way it is." But thank god I choose to move on and break through to where I am today. Granted I'm not rich by and means but my bills are always paid and I don't stress the lights are going to be shut off like I did when I was growing up. (It wasn't Vapor Talk that brought me out of this either for those wondering, but it is a great feat I'm proud of) While I think many in poverty need help, I also think many of them are smart enough to break free if they really want to. I know, I was there. I don't think blaming or stealing from the rich will help anything.
  19. Joe I agree with you 100%. Why the hell we haven't switched to flat tax, is beyond me. Seems like a win win for everyone. It doesn't punish the rich, the poor or the person looking to start a business.
  20. I'm going to sum up what the next 10 answers will probably be Get the Joye eGo. It's what we all end up with and many supplier carry. It costs around 70 bucks. (If it's cheaper it probably isn't a Joye Tech model) Crab yourself some cartomizers to go along with it and your golden. By the way, if you don't know what cartomziers are, they are an alternative to atomizers. (Which heats the liquid nicotine) Rather than having to fill your ecig every 5 minutes, Cartomizers let you go for hours. I'm sure you'll have lots of questions and we're here to help Welcome!
  21. http://www.businessweek.com/ap/financialnews/D9IMTMI80.htm So I was reading the above article and thought it would be a good topic. Should the rich be taxed more just because they're successful? Your thoughts
  22. I agree 100%. I believe electronic cigarettes should only be used by adults.
