Depends on how long you want to store them. I would suggest keep the rubber rings and placing them back on once a cartomizer has been filled. Keep them at room temperature (about 65-82 F) and away from direct sun light. I would store them standing up but if you still have the rubber placements on them it honestly doesn't matter to much.

Yup sounds like a new battery is in order. They only last about 2-3 months. Just like a rechargeable battery they have to be replaced

It's sad, they shake better than half my girlfriends ever could. -
Posting a picture would help a little more. The 306 isn't used as much these days but it might actually have been a 401 that you received. The M401 atomizer is almost the same as the 306 except it might be a tad smaller. (We're not talking much here) Before the Joye 510 the Joye 306 was quite popular and so was the M401. I have a feeling that's probably what your looking for Here is a picture of the M401 atomizer (it looks almost identical to the 306)

Sounds like it could be either a really bad batch or a bad brand. It's very rare that our cartomizer for example ever ship DOA. As long as the cartomizer is full of liquid there really shouldn't be much reason for them to pop. What device are you using your LR cartomizers on?

Interesting video.

Probably a Mall Stand like most did around that time.

Very good questions Joye Tech is a manufacture of electronic cigarettes. A very good one at that. The reason they don't have their own website is the same reason you can't buy toilet paper direct. Instead you need to go to Wal Mart. Manufacture > store > consumer. It's a bit of a long story but Janty created most of the popular models that Joye Tech release. When I say create I don't mean in a factory I mean on a design program. It's then sent over to Joye Tech. Joye Tech creates it from Janty (and now also Totally Wicked) and after 1-3 months the product is released generically to suppliers all over the world. (There's much more to it but that's it in a nut shell) Janty products are in fact created by Joye Tech. Word Up sells both the Generic Version and the Janty Version. Both are Genuine. Jeff (the owner of Word Up) Does not sell knock offs. Now your probably wondering, well what about the fakes then? Some suppliers cannot afford the MOQ's set by Joye Tech. (minimum order quantity - You can't just purchase one kit from the factory) The kits in bulk are not cheap. Other factories, seeing the success of the eGo and 510 have created their own replicas. They are much cheaper to purchase and the minimum order quantity is much much lower. (We've angered quite a few suppliers by bringing this to light) I wrote a blog that contains a little but more behind the story here: http://www.theecigguru.com/2010/05/joye-atomizers-and-starter-kits-but-why.html As for the Revolution electronic cigarette, this model is a KR808. It has become quite popular over the last few months as we where asked to carry it by customers. It is not a Joye 510. It is a 2 piece cartomizer model. Just a quick note on telling fakes. Take a look at the pictures I've attached below. You'll notice one eGo has gold plated tops and bottoms. Joye Tech currently does not make the eGo with any type of gold plating. You'll also notice the fake comes in a large black and gold box. Joye Tech sends their eGo kits out in small slender black boxes. ALWAYS shop with a trusted supplier. If in doubt, ask here on the forum and we'll always be more than happy to help

With that list your pretty much ready to go. Be sure you purchase a genuine Joye Tech eGo from some of the more well known suppliers. The cheap knock off models don't last very long before they start crapping out

Interesting article about UFO's over New York city. First China now us. These reports have been really frequent the last few weeks. Makes me wonder if they are finally starting to condition the public. http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/wire/wpix-ufo-sighting,0,2283967.story So what do you guys think? Balloons? I personally think the Government is going to start admitting life on other planets in the next few years. I wonder if the general population is ready yet.

It's more of a cool mist but atomizers do have the potential to get very hot if not kept moist. Someone actually measured the temp of an atomizer during normal operation but I'll have to search for the post.

Yup you don't realize until you've stopped smoking traditional tobacco for a while and go back, just how bad they taste!
