FDA Ban: Stock Market take on the situation
Christopher replied to Vacker1229's topic in General Vaping Discussion
Yea I read that, there are so many good things that can come from ecigs. You would think Marlboro would just create their own, perhaps better than what we have now. It's not like they don't have the cash for it -

In a nut shell the suppliers buy from china and rebrand the names. In my opinion the RN's perform better BUT don't last as long. The DSE last much longer but don't create as much throat hit. I used to say go with the RN's but now I'm leaning much more the other way, stick with the DSE. I'll update that guide later tonight as I've done quite a bit more research to help everyone out

To be honest I couldn't say, but wow that thing is a beast! I'm pretty sure that would create more vapor than the Penstyle

You know what I did? Threw the battery against the wall. It still doesn't work, but it sure made me feel better. -
I keep hearing that it's better than the Pensyle, I can't wait till I try this bad boy out. Truesmoker is going start carrying them as well.
-
Now THAT'S a flavor I'd like to try!

I was looking for some DSE801's or RN4072's But JD from Truesmoker has managed to get some sent to my house.

Christopher replied to StringDancer's topic in General Vaping Discussion
That's not a bad price but shipping time is from 7-20 days which is quite a while. Either way let us know how long the unit takes to get to your house and how well it works. -

If your on a budget you should try to clean your atomizer once a week to get the most out of it. How do you know when it's time? Well when it starts to taste like crap. After using the liquid/carts for a while carbon builds up on the coil which gives it a weird taste. To clean my atomizers I drop them in a pot of water, bring it to a rolling boil and "cook" it for about 7 minutes. Then I pull them out and let the atomizer dry for 24 hours. After they're dry pop a couple drops of liquid ( you must use the bottled liquid so you can placed drops directly on the atomizer) and bring that baby back to life. That's it

An E-Cig Guide by Christopher from Vaportalk.com So your new to ecigs and you keep hearing "RN this and 801 that, Peewee this and Pilot that!" Which is what?! Suppliers order ecigs from China, they then rebrand them and sell them online and give them a cute name. (Some even give the ecig a pretty box) So sit down children class has started! This guide will help get you acquainted with the various models their numbers and their "nicknames". Model Numbers There are three popular model letters RN DSE JOYE They are different manufactures but they all make the same thing. Sort of like Ford, Chevy and Chrysler etc all make cars. Got it? Good So what's better? Well that depends on who you ask. Some say RN models perform better others say DSE models work better. It really depends on who you talk to. At the end of the day it's up to you to decided. Electronic Cigarette Models with Pictures and Corresponding Model Numbers The "Penstyle" Known As: RN4072, DES801, Penstyle, NCIG, Sedansa, Puresmoker, Generic Penstyle Info: This is the first generation ecig. This baby started it all. It's known to be robust and Reliable. Price: $30-$150 Avarage Price is usually $50.00 "The Mini" Known As: DSE-901, DSE-901b, Sedansa Nano I. Why no RN model? It doesn't exist. This is usually only known as the DSE901, hence the reason whenever the model number DSE is mentioned people automatically think of this model. Info: 2nd Generation. Usually has one hole on the side. Price: $30-$150 Avarage Price is usually $50.00 "The SUPER Mini"- Boy do they like to use the word mini Known As: RN4081, DSE103, NPRO, Peewee, Smokingeverywhere, Supermini Info: 3rd Generation. This little guy put ecigs on the map! This model is usually known as the "Peewee" popularized by a company call Puresmoker. It is in fact called a Supermini. Price: $30-$150 Avarage Price is usually $50.00 "The M401" Known As: M401, Intellicig, Pilot and Hybrid. (By the way Pilot Hybrid just uses a longer battery) Info: Often called the "Pilot" its actually a model M401 respectively. And yes it's the same thing. Distinctive with it's raised atomizer. Price: $30-$150 Avarage Price is usually $50.00 "Joye 510" Known As: Joye510, Janty Dura Info: The Joye 510 or "510" for short, has some of the best vapor production on the market, it has a short battery life however the massive vapor makes up the batteries down fall. (You wouldn't expect great gas mileage from a Ferrari would you?) They are known to be durable and well built, although the 510 did have a rough start when the first production units had battery issues which of course have since been fixed. The 510 was popularized with the Manual Battery which contains a switch on the site needed to active the atomizer (heating element). The advantage to the manual switch is the durability of the battery when using your own liquid. The hole inside the battery which is normally open to allow for air flow is no longer need and is sealed closed. This stops liquid from entering the battery and clogging up the sensor switch inside. The 510 is Vapor Talk Staff's choice ecig. Price: $30-$150 Avarage Price is usually $60.00 This is an ongoing project.

They have a sample pack as well which has all the flavors for 20 bucks.

wow for china that's pretty awesome. Thanks lou lou. Let me know if you end up trying the JC juice.

None that I know of use glycerol YET. The report states that manufactures should look into the chemical is it may be an even safer alternative. And with that said Johnson Creek is the ONLY one that I know of that uses anything other than PG.
-
If you telling me how fast your shipping was from ruyandirect I'll answer Out of all the liquid I've tried the company that comes closed to a tobacco taste would be Johnson Creek's Tennessee Cured Flavor. It doesn't quite have the throat kick but it does have the taste. I didn't like it personally but there are quite a few that do.

They're based in China right? They have just about everything I need. (I REALLY need batteries) How long was shipping?

E-Smokers Finally Getting Some Support By J D Here is a statement written by Bill Godshall, Executive Director Smoke free Pennsylvania, on the E-Cigarette-Forum…. “The folks calling for a ban on e-cigarettes really need to hear from users of the products.” He also has the phone numbers to contact Senator Lautenberg! And he recommends that we all contact the DC offices of American Cancer Society, American Lung Association and American Heart Association! I think he is on our side!
